The Viking Electronics Surface Mount Plastic VoIP Entry Phone with EWP is designed to provide quick and reliable handsfree communication for SIP VoIP phone systems with PoE. This PoE-powered entry phone can be programmed from any touch tone phone, a PC on the same LAN, or remotely using a static IP address, and can dial up to five programmable numbers. All programming parameters, including phone numbers, are stored in non-volatile memory, requiring no batteries. For outdoor installations where the unit is exposed to precipitation or condensation, it is equipped with Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP), and features foam rubber gaskets, sealed connections, gel-filled butt connectors, as well as urethane or thermal plastic potted circuit boards.
