Dumb design
I've had these monitors for years and as generic displays they have been okay. I like the light weight and large size - has been good for productivity.
The reasons for the low rating is the design of the OSD and the operability between multiple devices. My main machine uses DisplayPort - while my 2ndary devices use HDMI - if ever need to make changes switch between display it's always a battle to get the OSD to show up on the screen. if I switch away from an HDMI the monitor regularly will not recognize the display port computer any more and the OSD will not display on screen to allow switching back or trouble shooting - and it then become a game of plug and unplug differen devices until it will get a signal. (mind you all the machines work just fine and eventually the monitor will get a signal - I'm not sure what the deal is and it's been this way for as long as I have owned the displays (I have 2) why not have the ODS just display on the screen even without a singnal - aren't these supposed to be the controls for the monitor?
additionally the buttons on the back are poorly placed for multi-monitor setups since at least 1 monitor will have to be moved inorder to reach the controls - a pain for folks who align the displays for a single machine. I really wish there was an update the change the behavior of the monitor's OSD but allas one of the major benefits of the display (multiple sources and source switching) is painful to use.

I wish there was better support for Linux. It works but not at its full potential.
