I have tried time after time to install it into my computer with the SAME RESULTS = IT WILL NOT WORK! ! ! !

Camera not working
Great laptop, but spent hours and hours on research, getting help, and trying to make the camera work. I had to take it to about 4 people to get the issue resolved. Very frustrating to buy a new laptop and have such an issue with something so necessary.
