The Tyco Electronics Amplimite Box Mount D-Sub Connector Plug is specially designed for high-density packages. It has a cable-to-cable connector system, nine contact positions and accepts size 20 contacts. This compact pin and socket connector is suitable for applications such as military equipment, ground support devices, computer peripheral equipment, modems and industrial instrumentation.
It conforms to the amendments of the MIL-DTL-24308 specification and thus is intermateable with similar connectors in the same sizes from other manufacturers.
