Who wants to plug and unplug power cords when you just want to charge your cell phone? The U280-CQ01 makes charging in your vehicle more convenient by doing it wirelessly. Just place your Qi-compliant device between the secure clamps on each side of the charger. This wireless phone charger even works through most protective phone cases up to 5 millimeters. Note: please remove any magnetic or metal objects from your phone or case before charging.
This Qi wireless charger works with all Qi smartphones from Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, Nokia and other popular brands, including iPhone and Galaxy S10 models. It protects your expensive device from overheating and overcharging that could lead to internal damage. Dual LEDs glows blue to indicate the charging process is underway. The Qi charger supports power output up to 15W and inputs of 5V 2A, 9V 1.67A and 12V 1.5A.
Use the included cable to connect the wireless charging pad to a user-supplied USB-A power adapter installed in your vehicle (Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is recommended for high-speed charging). A mounting stand and mounting clip are included for securing your phone to the windshield, dashboard or air vents of your vehicle. Adjustable clamps with anti-slip silicon pads effortlessly hold your phone in place while you're driving, even over bumpy roads.

They stand by their product
I like how it holds the phone and recharges while in use. I had trouble with the arms not coming together to hold my phone, but Tripplite made it easy to get a replacement.

Fantastic for my car!
Love being able to have my phone attached and use the wireless charging. I can mount it on my air vent or windshield! Stays in place with no issues even when coming to an abrupt stop. Looks like it would fit all phone sizes/models. Would 10/10 recommend!

I like that it gives you different options to mount it, charges fast. This thing is awesome!!!! Was testing it in my car and sister took it due its features. Most likely will purchase for the drivers in my household. :)

Excellent product
I'm using the vent clip for this charger, just connected it this morning & absolutely love it. The hardware is sturdy & appears built to last & the technology is great. Pushing the buttons on the side open & close the clamps on the phone to accommodate the size of your phone..also love that its charging while my phone is mounted for safety.

Another Fantastic Tripplite Product
After investing in Tripplite's absolutely fantastic isobar surge protectors and being impressed by their metal construction and ROHS certification, I bought this car charger on a whim when I received an email ad from them about it. There are few companies at this point that I buy things from on a whim, but Tripplite is one of them. I am very happy with it so far, especially that it also bears the ROHS certification and has next to no odor. The main body of the device is metal as well, and I will likely buy an indoor wireless charger by Tripplite next if they have a similar one. Great company, great product.
I have a 2012 Lincoln MKX and I couldn't find a good place for the suction-based attachment. However the also-included vent attachment worked perfectly. I LOVE that the device actually electronically secures your phone in place. I wish the buttons to open and close this function were a little less prominent (and harder to accidentally press) but its a small gripe. If you're considering it, BUY IT!
