The U460-004-4A-C 4-Port Portable USB 3.1 Gen 1 Portable Hub's built-in USB-C cable connects to your computer, laptop or tablet's USB-C port to give you four external USB-A ports. This allows you to connect a wide range of USB devices, such as flash drives, external hard drives, DVD drives, MP3 players and digital cameras.
The U460-004-4A-C supports USB 3.1 Gen 1 data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps - ten times faster than USB 2.0. It's backward compatible with previous USB generations, so you can continue using older peripherals while getting maximum high-speed performance from new devices. One USB-A port supports USB Battery Charging (BC) specification v1.2 and provides up to 1.5A for fast charging of mobile devices.
The USB-C charging port supports power input up to 20V 3A (60W). It powers the device that the U460-004-4A-C is plugged into, as well as peripherals plugged into its USB-A ports, by connecting the charging port to a USB-C wall charger.
The compact case fits easily into your backpack, briefcase or laptop bag to power USB-enabled devices wherever you are. No software or drivers are needed.

Works great with my Mac & Samsung 8 Plus! :)
Awesome hub for my Mac when I need to connect additional wired devices or USB drives. I like that it works just as well with my Samsung 8 Plus. I would buy a spare to keep in my travel bag.

Does the job
It works, but it's so stiff that at first I was convinced it was the wrong USB type. I even contacted my IT dept to tell them they'd got me the wrong adapter!

Nice, compact product. Just be aware that it's hookup to the computer is a USB-C so make sure your computer has the correct port.

I would highly recommend this product!
This product works well with my MacBook Pro, it's a life saver. I'm glad my computer friend recommended it. I have not had any problems with it. Best little gadget I purchased it a long time. You don't need to look any further, buy this one!

I have a newer laptop that doesn't have as many USB ports as I need. This USB charging hub is just what I needed to get connected and keep my phone charged while I am traveling

Product works well and provides much needed additional USB ports. One mini gripe is that connection cord length is kind of in between being too long or too short depending on user's setup.

Perfect for my needs
I needed a quick access to several USB ports for my desktop at work and this works perfectly fine. I wish the connecting cable was a tiny bit longer but it works great regardless.
