Easy to setup and easier to use.
Upgrading a bunch of laptops to solid-state drive was breeze with this. I would definitely recommend.

Won't Work with NAS Drives
Not impressed at all. I have a Synology NAS DS713+ with a single drive. Wanted to use this to clone, and because software I was using (dbpoweramp) would not convert music files with it in the NAS. This seemed like the perfect fit. However, it won't work because the docking station does not see the drive as the drive has no Drive Letter. Support advised me to assign a drive letter that would have formatted the drive erasing all my data!!! Fortunately, my limited computer skills at least knew not to do that. They weren't of much help. Sending it back.
UPDATE 5/25/16-Received another email from support. They pretty much admit that this won't work with NAS drives.

Worthwhile Purchase!
This product works fantastic. The directions need to be better written so a casual user can use this without having to call Tech support.

Works very well!
I bought this dock in December of 2014 and have had no issues with it. The cloning software works great and the dock even has lights that show you the cloning progress. The USB 3.0 is a huge plus, because you get full speed out of your drives. So far I have only plugged 2.5 inch drives in, but they've all worked. I do wish it had a spacer for the smaller drives, but it doesn't effect the way the device performs. All in all its a great dock that does what it's supposed to do!

Good offline cloning dock
We use offline clone for doing disk duplication to critical physical workstations prior to product upgrades and patches. Faster and simpler than using backup software.
