Home office, I have a cpu plug in battery surge and two monitors in protect outlet. After a year of use, take it to warranty because ups went off. They fix it and it is working properly, no problems any more.

I use this to keep our computer, phone, & security system plugged in at work. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. If we lose power to that outlet, the Standby UPS holds power for at least 10 - 15 minutes so I can shut things down properly.

Excellent power backup
I have bought several of these. They are the only power backups I have found that work with our stand-by generator. We have fibre internet and our computers, TV and landline depend on it being up. We have tried other brands of backups and they will not work while the generator is supplying power. These, however, are dependable and reasonably priced. I will continue to buy them when I need a backup power supply.

I am a fulltime photographer which means my computer and hard drives are extremely valuable. I only purchase Tripp-Lite. In my area, we have frequent power outages so it's a must that I have a backup. Every time we have an outage, my backup does it's thing. I've been using various Tripp-Lite products for decades, including isolation transformers. This UPS works perfectly and it's like other Tripp-Lite gear: No-nonsense, straightforward and honestly specified. That's the whole appeal of Tripp-Lite to me, and that design approach allows very competitive pricing.
The software options offered by the PowerAlert app far exceed my needs, but its use is completely optional. I just couldn't be happier with this product, but that's what I expected from Tripp-Lite.

Owned this for 10 days. If it holds up well, then I would add the fifth star. It has an on-off button, which is a big plus during power outages that trigger an alarm. The automatic voltage regulation prevents alarms going off when the line voltage drops during peak power demand periods and when line voltage spikes occur. Plenty of easily accessible outlets for its current use, protecting my OLED television and home theater electronics.

Our lab uses this UPS to protect our instruments from power surges caused by the monthly generator test. After calculating the power we need for our instruments and computer, this UPS can provide about 10 mins of backup power. It's been about 6 months and all equipments have not shut down one time. The design is clean but the unit does take up some desk space. It will be nice if all 8 outlets have both surge protecting and backup battery function instead of only 4 them.

Just what I needed - would buy again.
First of all, I really like the low profile of this supply. The instruction booklet was clear and I hooked up my computers. I tested it out by powering the computer, then unplugging the UPS. Everything kept running and the status LEDs showed what happened. The inverter inside was quiet--no fan to make noise. Now I am confident that I will have time to turn off my computer system when the power goes out. I am very satisfied with this power supply.

I've been using Tripp-Lite for many years. They work perfectly and give me long life before needing a replacement. My power blinks often, resulting in a reboot of computers, routers, tv's, and other electronics. Tripp-Lite prevents all that. Usually the power is out for seconds but even if it's longer, I have time to start the generator before things shut down.

I've had this product about 6 months. I no longer works. I entered a support ticket and was told the battery was bad. I purchased a NEW battery. The unit still malfunctions. Now I'm told that the product is out of warranty. After 6 months? I purchased it NEW in January 2023!
While it was a good product until it stopped working. Tripp-Lite's warranty is worthless since their tech support won't fix a broken unit.

I have been having trouble with power surges and 2 second outages and it has been frustrating, as it reboots my WiFi router and knocks us out of service for about 15 minutes as it reboots.
