Perfect Replacement
Perfect replacement, except that they didn't have pull tabs, like the originals. Those tabs are handy, so please put them back.

2U UPS Replacement 48VDC Battery Cartridge for SMART3000RMXL
Last time I did a battery replacement unit still failed to power on. But this time when I press the power button the screen would come on briefly and power off. After speaking to tripp lite they said the replacement battery would resolve the issue.
