Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Compatible with Dish Network Hopper and Wireless Joey Have had issues accessing the On Demand Function on Dish Network Hopper and Joey. Was finally told by dish network today that TP-Link firewall has issues with Dish and to purchase Netgear hardware. I find this hard to believe and have contacted customer support for a solution, original chat not very fruitful. Waiting on getting a better solution via email. My vizio pad remote to the TV also drops connection frequently. I have a hard time believing dish network and am hoping TP Link has a work around.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had this router for less than a yr. Looking to replace Unreliable connection not only for wifi but also hardwire. I don't want too many devices connected wirelessly so the desktop and printer are connected direct. Wireless is spotty and the direct connection drops often. I would say maybe my provider is at fault but I had no problems with my Motorola cable modem and Netgear route combo. I wanted something faster and all in 1. Beyond my normal I purchased this all in one not based on reviews but because tplink has be good for me in the past. I have gone through many times trying to tweak things with no different results. I am now looking to go back to Motorola and sell the tplink since I cannot return it to original purchase place. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Piece of Junk Where do I start....the 2.4 ghz constantly stops working. I get th message the password is incorrect-it's not, but that doesn't stop it from coming up. I have to reset the modem at least once a day. Now, none of the devices hard wired into the device no longer work. Talk about a piece of junk!!! Save your money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Product I bought this product to use as my home router/modem. I verified it is compatible with my ISP, Spectrum, before purchasing. It was easy to setup, but when I tried using certain settings, like Bridge mode, it crashes. I set it to bridge mode and connected another router into port 1, but it receives no internet connection. Using the built in router functionality works for the majority of things people do at home. Unfortunately if you have an Xbox you should avoid this product. If you plug your xbox in directly it will not pass all traffic. You will be unable to access things like Netflix, youtube, etc etc. Unfortunately the wireless with the Xbox is buggy too. If your Xbox is not on the wireless guest network, Netflix will not work. It will throw error code "nw-2-5". TP Links work around was to setup your guest network if you didn't already and use your xbox over the guest wifi... needless to say the support from tp link is laughable. If you only intend to use this product to browse the web on your computers, tablets, and phones I'm sure this will work fine. I don't recommend it though. You can easily purchase a cheaper alternative that doesn't have limited functionality.
