Ideal compartments but Bad quality in handle strap
I am big Thule fans. Enjoying Thule backpack and carry it with confident. But somehow I am really disappointed with this Accent 23L. The looks was very great, but only last for 1 year. After that, the handle strap has been damaged. I only use it for normal office things (and even my laptop is Dell XPS. The looks become very ugly.
I always want to complain to the store where I bought it (Bag's City), but somehow we had experienced of lockdown and just managed to bring it to the store just after 2 years. Sadly, the store has declined to process it.
The lesson learnt, this product is not as good as the other (eg Crossover). Definitely, I did not get my high expectation when I paid high price for a Thule in this bag. And when I use it -I believe Thule Company will also be ashamed- I afraid my colleagues see the damage and guess that I had bought a 'fake Thule' one. Really sad.

Almost perfect
it's a great backpack for the office, running around the city, and travel. I just wished it had a key hook, that would have made it perfect.

The best backpack I ever had
The backpack looks sleek and professional. I could use it both on field (because of 1680D Polyester material and on the office (simple design). It has lots of organisation room too. The price suited with the quality.

Could've been great
I'm really mad at this bag. I love it and it's my favorite bag for every day carry and to take to work, it's almost perfect EXCEPT they had to remove the side carry handle that the Accent 28L and the Accent Laptop bag have. So what you have now is a bag that is a great EDC but is no longer optimal to take to work.
If you left the side carry handle alone and made it so the straps could be hidden, this would be the perfect backpack for both EDC AND Work. As the Accents are now you can't get everything you need with any one bag. the 28L is too big, the Laptopbag is too small and this one with no side handle, instead of being the Goldilocks zone, it's the one with the most compromise and the least versitile.
