You get what you pay for
This started out to be a real nice remote. My staff liked it and it was easy to use. The down-side - the back cover broke within the first two weeks of use. A small plastic piece came off the back cover - now it will no longer close or keep the dongle in place. Poor design - cheap plastic.

Targus Wireless USB Presenter with Laser Pointer
Works well in changing slides. The laser pointer is kind of weak at a short distance (15 feet). Well worth the money as its a great way to do a presentation without having to walk back to the PC each time.

Great presentation remote
Our company has purchased dozens of these remotes and we use them with both Macs and PCs. They are plug and play. Excellent product.

Useful Device
Use this device for my class lectures. Has been reliable though don't care for the laser pointer -- use another, stronger pointer. But the clicker definitely makes going thru a presentation much easier.
