Great cooling mat
I've been using this 16 " dual fan chill mat for about a month now and it's a great cooling mat. I tend to sit with my laptop on my lap and it tends to over heat quickly since I run hot and I have to say so far no problems. I can now sit my laptop on my lap for a couple of hours without my laptop over heating. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality chill mat.

I used the dual fan chill mat it was amazing because I stay on my laptop for hours and hours and my laptop be getting hot so I laid my laptop on top of my dual fan chill mat and it did it some justice all I can say is wow wow wow I really impressed with the dual chill mat

I received this & I'm loving it. The like how the the two fans are spaced away from each other, its like in the prefect spot to help cool down your laptop. I like that the USB cord is short so you don't have to worry about long cords. When the fans are on you don't hear them at all. I would recommend this everyone.

Chill mat for desk workers and avid laptop users!
The chill mat does exactly what its name implies. ive used it extensively with working tasks especially desktop screen recording features and movie streaming that really heat up the computer if your not careful. i have a 2016 macbook pro and it fits flawlessly. the mat stays in 1 place and doesnt slide around, feels a little warpy but no damage noted since ive started using it. very great product!!!

cheap motors
Bought at BestBuy 10 months ago to keep my WiFi cool. Set it up and haven't touched it since and it worked great and was quiet. Today it started making noise. It is free of dust or any obstruction so I can only assume its bearings are worn out. Why can't they make one that is more durable?

Soooo cool!
I can now sit with my laptop on my lap without feeling like I'm in Dante's inferno. Just plug this thing into your laptop and put the laptop on top. That simple! Best thing ever! Highly recommend it for anyone who likes to lay in bed with their laptop perched on their legs while using it.

I bought 2 Targus chill products and an extended warranty. I got nothing. I got 2 products that failed shortly after I received them and a warranty that was never fulfilled.

Super cool
This size of the the chill fan was the perfect size for my laptop, kept my laptop very cool and I didn’t have to worry about overheating like I normally do. The chill bar in s a compact size so you can take it anywhere.

Game changer for laptops that can't stay cool
I have a problem with overextending my work laptop's capabilities having a million tabs open and every productive software open at the same time, resulting in constantly running its internal fan desperately trying to cool it down on its own. This chill mat has made its job significantly easier since the day I got it and in some cases I hardly hear the internal fans going off as much anymore. The design is unobtrusive, fans stay quiet throughout and is extremely lightweight.

Keeps my laptop cool
I love this dual chilling mat for my lap top. It keeps my laptop cool so I can play my games for hours of I want. I love the color and style. It's durable and made very well. I love that I can plug it into my laptop to power it.

Great Chill Mat for any laptop!
I got this Targus dual fan chill mat to try and personally got it for my son who was always borrowing mine. It not only worked great with his laptop, it kept it cool because of the dual fans on it. Mine only has a single fan. This is a great product and works fantastically! Highly recommend!

WARNING TO APPLE USERS!
The 2023 Apple MacBook only has Thunderbolt 4 ports (USB-C). You will have to buy an adapter or another power cable to use this cooling pad.
Targus indicates the laptop connection end of the pad's power cable is USB-A, but they're too lazy to tell you the cable connection to the pad is Mini-B. One needs to know that if they're going to locate a power cable which will work with their Apple laptop.
And don't bother consulting Targus customer support. They asked me to take a photo of the power cable they sell so they could figure out the issue. Then they told me only to use the cable which comes with the pad. Then they made excuses for not providing a cable which will connect to current Apple laptops.

Noisy and broke after a year.
Paid $29 at BB. Was a decent cooling pad. A little noisy, thought it'd be a little quieter. Then a few days ago I hear this high pitch squeal. I thought it was my laptop, nope, it's the cooling pad. I squeeze the grill a little, it stops the squeal then starts again. Tap on the side and it stops working at all. I can see the fan blade is possibly hitting the fan holder. I've only had this a little over a year. Warranty expired. Had to buy a new one from BB, it's noisy again. But guess what? No other companies sell cooling pads, so I have to suck it up.

It’s Okay, But
My computer is a few years old, so it tends to heat up pretty quickly. I use my computer in bed, a lot and I hope this would do it’s thing and keep it cool. First thing, it is very comfortable, and feels nice sitting on my lap while using my computer. It is very loud though, louder than my computer when it heats up. Does it cool my computer down, it seems to, but the fans are so loud and going so hard that I don’t see it lasting long.

really cools down my laptop!
i have a two year old lenovo yoga laptop. Shouldnt be getting so hot already..right? Wrong!! all laptops get hot after youve used them for awhile in my esperience! This targus chill pad is the ideal solution!! im so happy with it! Its the exact size of my laptop so its almost seamless with it. Its also really thin and light. It fits in my small laptop bag right next to my computer without taking up much space...i cant believe what an easy fix this is. The chill mat has two fans that keep my laptop nice and cool all the time. it plugs right into my laptop usb port with the included cord. No muss no fuss..it just keeps my laptop perfectly cooled. I also like that its metal top keeps me protected from electromagnetic energy from my laptop. i dont like to use it directly on my lap without protection. I couldnt be happier with this chill mat!

Great for laptops
I got this chili pad, duel fan, chili pad about a month ago and I like it. I like the fact that it has two fans instead of one. I also like the fact that it keeps my lap top from overheating. I recommend it for everyone with a lap top.

I love this cooling mat with the double fan. It is so light and convenient you can take it anywhere. The thing I like about it most though is the size of the openings on the top and bottom. I have a cooling mat from another brand that has large openings and I am always afraid my three year old is going to stick her fingers in it and get cut. With this one we don't have that problem so I much prefer it.

just started using the chill pad. the thing i'm wondering is do you leave the usb plugged in or do you unplug when not using your laptop. thought it may automatically cut off but don't think so. i use it mainly at my desk. seems to be a good product so far. thanks so much

Keeps Things Cool
I've been using my laptop chill mat for a while and it works great. It has a nice design and simple is easy to set up and use. This device can fit laptops up to 16" and also includes a USB cable and a user manual as well. This chill mat has dual fans that help keep my laptop cool. It's USB powered and works with both PC/Mac. The rubber grips on the bottom of the mat really help it stay in place. I love it.

I really like this product. It cool down my computer and I recommend this product to anyone. I would like to try any other products from this company. It was a lightweight. The color was plain and went with anything.
