This year it started ripping, and even though I'm still reluctant in getting rid of it, I came for the first time to this website to check if they still had it. This is one tough and versatile backback, when mine gets unusable I will buy the same again. Definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Customer Service I ordered online and when I received the expected delivery date of 7 days…I found the item on Amazon and had it delivered the next day therefore, tried to cancel my original order they wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order even though the item hadn’t been shipped I asked him to ship the item but I asked them to send me a shipping label to return it and they said I was responsible for paying shipping to return. Cost the item to UPS they told me I was gonna cost $120 to ship back to backpacks. I tried several attempts to speak with customer service representatives each time I tried there were such a lack of customer service support with no concern for the customers experience I will Never order anything from this company again there are several other companies out there that care about their customers and provide the support
