Love this laptop backpack!
I currently have a Targus Ascend Backpack but I've had it for years and take it everywhere I go, so I'm getting another one due to natural wear and tear of the old one. It's perfect for all my needs.

Same Style Different Materials
Repurchased since my old one was starting to show signs of wear and one of the side mesh pockets is ripped. The new one is the exact same style however, the materials feel different to the old one. Not sure if this is a positive or negative.

Caveat Emptor
I ordered this because it was highly rated, the expectation of Targus quality, and the cost wasn’t exorbitant. However I feel like I was misled. I was looking to replace a cheap backpack I got off of Amazon but this was no better and doesn’t have a USB port like that one has. I wouldn’t trust this to protect a hardcover book, let alone a computer.
What I’m the most irritated by is that their return policy requires me to eat the cost of them sending such a poorly designed produce that I paid for initially but also pay to ship it back to them.
Before I saw that return policy I had every intention of just ordering a different bag thinking maybe it just wasn’t a good fit and this wasn’t really meant to work as a protective travel bag. But I’m essentially going to lose out on 50% of the cost in shipping fees, so there is no way I’m risking that again.
In my opinion Targus only cares about the experience of Corporate purchasers which is why they have the policy they do. I’m going to go back to amazon and find something better there.
