Missing internal sleeve-like slot
I would have given this bag 5 stars but it doesn’t have a soft enough padding and dedicated internal flap cover for the laptop compartment. Basically, no sleeve-like slot for your laptop inside the bad

My Favorite Backpack!!!!
I LOVE THIS BACKPACK! I received this bag from my previous employer (with their logo on it) a few years ago. I really wanted another one, but without their logo, so I found out it was sold by this company. My goodness the bag is expensive, but it's so worth the price. My family and I use these backpacks when traveling through the airport. There's plenty of pockets, space, and I love how comfortable it is to wear for long periods of time.
