Shattered 6 screen savers in less than 2 mths
Shattered 6 screen protectors in less than 2 mths, would not recommend. Case is pretty and feels nice but doesn’t provide any protection. I am not the one in the family that typically gets cracked screens but in less than 2 mths I’ve had six screen protectors shattered. The corners are scratched up. I have dropped my phone once from about knee height to the ground.

Super cute, but DONT drop your phone
This case is super cute. My sister in had it and I thought she had it for a while so I bought it. Hers looked beat up, but being under the impression that she had it for a while I didn’t mind. Turns out, her case was a few weeks old and it looked beat up!! I dropped my phone once with this case, the case is already super scratched and the phone screen protector shattered in the 2-3 ft drop from my pocket. Get it if you don’t drop your phone (it’s way cute), but don’t get it if you want actual phone protection.

Great feel, but not enough protection
Great feel. Not great protection. Dropped once from knee height and the screen protector shattered. The case does not stick out enough in front and provides no protection for the front screen.

Cutout is uncomfortable
The cutout for the new button is way too big and makes the case uncomfortable to hold. I’m also just not a fan of the cactus leather texture. It feels really cheap and flimsy

Not a great case
Nice texture but lacking depth that would protect the camera lenses and some areas of the sides. Also, it’s not a perfect fit and sometimes I have to push the phone back into the case. It doesn’t feel like it’ll fall out, just not as stable as it could be. I wouldn’t purchase this case again.

Disappointing experience
Has a nice look to it but the phone slipped out of my hands on day 1 and the screen shattered. It's not entirely the case's fault but I was disappointed in the fact that the phone fell on the corner and the case didn't protect it better.

Notch on case is terrible.
Quality is great but the notch is terrible. Had to return because the awkward exposed area of the phone was not what I would have purchased. Will wait to see if an updated version comes out with a better cut out or a designed covered button.

Dropped my new iPhone 16 with this case ones and shattered my screen protector and chipped the phone. Not great. Would not recommend. After one drip the case is scuffed and chipped

It’s okay…..
This case is okay. I’m scared that it will
not protect my screen around the photo button where it is carved out. I’ve had the cactus leather for about two weeks and the case is already losing color around the edges.

Cutout feels cheap and reduces safety
The cutout for the camera button feels like phone is unprotected. In fact, i already dropped it and the glass screen protector broke. Fortunately i had the screen protector. I’ll be replacing this soon.

Complete downgrade
This case is no where near as good as any other otterbox case I’ve had. I’ve always used these cases and never had an issue. I’m pretty rough with my phones and normally the case protects it so well my screen protector doesn’t even crack when I drop my phone. I wouldn’t buy this case again and recommend you don’t waste your money on this.

When the iPhone 16 Pro first came out, there were limited case options, so I decided to try this one. Unfortunately, the plant leather doesn’t feel anything like real leather. I didn’t expect it to feel exactly like genuine leather, but this just feels like synthetic plastic material with a texture applied. The case doesn’t hold the phone securely, and I often find myself having to pop it back in slightly. The phone isn’t falling out, but I can feel it floating more than it should. The cutout for the camera button is quite large and obtrusive, making the phone slightly unbalanced to hold. The worst part is that after only a few weeks, the brown color is wearing away to reveal a black layer underneath. I expected better quality from OtterBox, especially for the price. I wouldn’t buy this case again.

Color of button & camera lens surrounds are off
I purchased the iPhone 16 Pro Symmetry Cactus Leather case in the color "Foxberry". The order confirmation stated "Maroon Bells", thats confusing, but I was overall happy with the color when I received it. The case has a lightly textured finish which feels good in my hand and is easy to remove from my pocket. The negative is the decorative pieces on this case. The button covers and camera lens surround is a very cheap looking metallic (painted plastic) that does not look good with the case color itself. May not be a huge deal to someone else, but it bothers me so much I don't use this case.

Horrific Case - Does NOT Properly Fit
Absolutely horrible iPhone 16 Pro case!
I have gotten many OtterBox cases throughout the past decade or so and decided to continue this trend with my new iPhone 16 Pro … what a mistake I made! This symmetry case simply put does NOT properly fit the iPhone 16 pro (slides off & is not secure)! The day I started using this case I immediately purchased another cheap $10 case off Amazon to substitute before finding my primary case. A $10 case off Amazon was wayyyy better than this $60 case ??. The return process with OtterBox was alright, but long (3~4 to get refund).
Save yourself trouble and do NOT purchase this case! It might be ethically sourced & from a reputable brand, but it will not properly fit your iPhone (which is uncomfortable & leaves your phone at increased risk of damage if dropped).
Do better OtterBox! Pathetic performance. I am disappointed.

Poor quality very easily chipped
Chipped and scratched immediately. The metal by the camera surround looks so bad after just a week and the leather is already chipped and worn around the phone.

Could have been better for the price i am paying.
Case looks nice but fitting could have been better. I feel phone moves little bit inside the case. Also button over silent switch fell off within 3-4 days of use. So that quality could have been better for the price i am paying.
