The best feature is the consistency of the holes punched in order to bind. The limitations were:1. It will not punch through many sheets of paper at a single time.2. Aligning the combs on the machine is less convenient than on a manual machine.

We bind a lot of training materials for our field personnel and it is something that interns or temps will do a lot of times so user-friendly is very important to us. Insert the pages, turn the unit on and you are binding.

This machine is easy to use, punches the holes accurately every time, and is easy to empty the trash collection tray. It's an upgrade in every way from what I had been using. I think this is a great machine.

In my small office, we previously used a manual punching and binding machine using spiral coils, a very time consuming process. I LOVE that this will electronically punch the holes, but do wish it would punch more than 20, as advertised (though I would recommend punching only about 15 at a time as it stuck a little on multiple occasions). I also really love the binding lever that clips the binding in place with great placement and little effort. This machine definitely exceed my expectations.

The machine itself is extremely easy to use, sturdy and effective. Definitely met and exceed my expectations. Would highly recommend.

I have used a Fellows brand before and have always been satisfied. Nowbusing the Swingline version, I realized I have more than one option. It’s stylish and sleek in appearance. Punches holes into the paper easily and allows for the spiral binding to op n and be inserted without difficulty. I will most likely purchase a second one for my work office. This one is staying in my home office as I know I will make great uses of it for my home business and children’s projects.
