Sound quality excellent but when my son is gaming he says others hear a lot of interference when he uses this headset. Same when online schooling, so he no longer uses it. A lot of money for a headset with issues. I am hoping Dell will replace.

The phones work great on everything except my pc. Its not the headphone that are having the issue, its the usb dongle. But I have tested them on 3 other computers and 2 phones and they work great!!! I wish they still had the usb link like the arctis 7X.

Very Good Headset
I would have given it 5stars But the sound quality BASE not on par with price point, and button placement not extremely friendly. This is my 3rd headset 1st SS my others were Astro A50 and Rig800Xl.

The Arctis 9x wireless for the Xbox are absolutely awesome {period} there are more expensive units out there but the fact that you can couple them with the Xbox and they also Bluetooth to just about any Bluetooth device out there is great they work with my phone wonderfully. for the price they can't be beat.
I strongly recommend this setfor anyone looking for a superb set of headphones at a great price.

Works wonderfully, they are Lightweight and very comfortable on my head, sound quality 10 out of 10, voice clarity 10 out of 10, battery life excellent, and the build quality is wonderful I feel extremely durable,
The duel audio is wonderful, being able to hear my game on Xbox while being in my Discord chat or using my phone has been a game changer for me.
