The BT2A Bluetooth audio receiver turns your home stereo, or any audio output device into a Bluetooth-compatible media gateway you can use for wirelessly streaming music directly from a Bluetooth-enabled device, such as your Smartphone, Tablet, or iPod Touch.
The Bluetooth receiver delivers hassle-free pairing using NFC (Near field communication) - gently tap your NFC-enabled Bluetooth device on the BT2A and your device will be ready to transmit audio wirelessly through your audio equipment, with no additional configuration required.
To ensure the best sound quality, the BT2A features a Wolfson Digital-to-Analog converter (DAC). Plus, for simple compatibility with your existing devices, the receiver includes analog cabling for connections that require 2-channel RCA audio, or 3.5mm audio.

Such an awesome idea. Wish I thought of it first.
Great job guys. Also works for poor iPhone users who don't have NFC. Just need to link directly with Bluetooth :)

I just received this product, and it it was up and running with my iPad in seconds. The sound quality is great and it's cool that it comes with various adapters.

BT2A is Great !
I purchased the BT2A two years ago on Amazon to connect my iPod and iPhone via Bluetooth to my Parasound Zpre2 preamp into Halo A23 Amp. It has worked flawlessly! Sound quality is VERY impressive. Music is coming from high quality Apple ripped CD's via iTunes and also on-line via various sources including XM Radio, TuneIN and Spotify. Granted, some sources are better than others, but this unit for the money is simply outstanding!
If/when they launch a next generation, I'll be on board to check it out!

Used to be a really great product
Used to be a really great product i’ve had this Attic for a few months now and it’s always works great all the sudden it’s just constantly breaking up if I don’t have my phone or my tablet right next to it it will not come in it’s beyond annoying wondering if anyone from Startech can help

Works great for my iOS devices but….
I really wanted to use this to allow me to use my Sony Bluetooth headphones to connect to my amp’s headphone jack. I planned to practice guitar silently by connecting my Bluetooth headphones to both devices ( iPad and practice amp) at the same time, which the Sony headphones can do. However, my headphones do not detect this device for some reason :(.
