It was working fine for a while, but stopped
It was working fine for couple of months. Then suddenly, Windows 11 started not recognizing the device connected to the USB port. I tried 4 different USB ports, but it is the same. I think it is driver issue, but there is no proper driver provided on the website. I cannot suggest this product, as it is pretty unstable.

Smart USB Hub - Best Solution
We had workstations with a built-in single USB controller that was crashing because of too many USB wireless Presentation Clicker dongles physically attached to the workstation.
The Smart USB Hub now connects to a single USB physical connection on the workstation and no more crashes!!
