After loosening the single knob located on the underside of the clamp, place your keyboard snug between the rubber grips and tighten the knob. To make simultaneous height and tilt adjustments, turn the adjustment knob counter-clockwise to unlock, find a comfortable position, then tighten the knob to hold the desired position.
