Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bit pricey but worth the purchase! I was tired of buying cheap 3rd party products only for them to crack too easily. I do like to manhandle my devices and so I needed something with more durability, and I immediately noticed the greater quality of this macbook case. No fingerprints left behind, lightweight and crack-resistent. I'd accidentally ram the device going through doors and it still manages to hold up extremely well. Worth the price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Case! This case is thin and light-yet strong and does the job. It can leave some fingerprints but overall it's a terrific case. I travel quite a bit for work and feel this case adds a level of protection needed. I'd recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wouldn't buy this particularproduct again.. I purchased this for my college MacBook. I am definitely careful with my things and would never drop my MacBook or slam it down and somehow the case has 2 huge cracks on the bottom middle area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a hardshell cover for MBPro M1 chip 2 ports Review is from just receiving the product, opening it, and installing. Review does not reflect use over time. Per the "overview", this is not a "hardshell case". I have an actual hard plastic case purchased years ago for my 13" Macbook Pro; would be nice if someone would make it for M1 Pro 2 ports. I would not recommend to a friend who is looking for an actual hard case cover for protection, especially for the price, which is ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not was I was hoping for.... A friend of mine bought a case for her laptop, and she also got one in teal blue. She paid about half of what I paid for mine, and she got a lot more! First off, hers has a very soft feel to it. Mine is quite rough to the touch. Also, the feet on hers looks to be a little sturdier. More durable. But the worst thing is that hers has vents, that will let the heat out. My poor little MacBook is just going to sit there and fry itself. Oh, well. Live and learn. Next time, I won't buy this again.

I'm not especially rough with my laptop so I'm disappointed that it didn't last. I have purchased many speck products over the years and the quality of this one just isn't up to par. I wouldn't buy this again.

Now I am going to have to buy a new case AND repurchase all the stickers that was on the case. Speck, for this price, I would think you would make something more effective and useful. HORRIBLE. I wish I could get a refund, but here we are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend I broke my last Macbook and was not willing to compromise on picking a case for my new one. This case snaps on easily and so far has stayed on very securely. The matte finish is nice. I've used glossy clear cases in the past, and those tend to scratch easily while the matte won't show scratches as much. My only con is that it adds noticeable weight to my laptop, but that almost makes it feel higher-quality so I don't mind.

It's sleek, so it doesn't detract from the design on my MacBook, yet it offers all the protection from scratches while it's been in my tote bag on flights and during meetings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only has 2 Thunderbolt Port Cut-Outs! I really like the case, however it is designed for the lower end MacBook Pro. It only has cut outs for 2 thunderbolt ports. My 2020 13" MacBook Pro has 4 thunderbolt ports. Keep this in mind when ordering this product. Overall, I really like the case. I would have given it 5 stars if it had cut outs for all 4 of my ports.

You have to make sure you have the device that you are purchasing the case for correct, otherwise it will not fit the way it is supposed to. If you have the 2020 Macbook Pro 13" with only the two ports, this will fit. I love speck products. I will forever come back here. The case snaps on perfectly and holds sturdy. My computer feels much safer now and still does everything it used to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product so far--one slight complaint I have used this case for about three weeks on the newest MacBook Pro M1 chip. It fits well, and seems to be good quality. The ports are not covered up in any way. My only slight complaint (why I'm not giving this 5 stars) is that the top shell doesn't press firmly against the top of the MacBook. I had planned to put some stickers between the MacBook and the top shell (so that I could switch things around every so often) but it wasn't fit enough to do so; the stickers would slide around. Other than the slight air bubble between the top of the MacBook and the top shell, this case fits and is performing fine so far.

The case is lightweight and smooth. I purchased the clear shade and it makes the case seem nearly invisible. Because of that, I've put fun stickers on my case and it looks like they are directly on my MacBook. I am very happy with my purchase.

My husband ordered a different case from a different company and is disappointed as it shows every fingerprint and appears discolored. This does not.

The case I purchased is supposed to have the 2 ports by the headphone jack open. The case they sent covers the 2 ports by the headphone jack. I have tried to explain to customer service ( after I could actually reach them) what had happened. Their answer was - "if you don't like it, return it." No one asked what the problem was. No one tried to make it right after I explained what the problem is. Lousy customer service. Inaccurate description of products. A massive miss for my one and only time dealing with this company.
