Falls apart at 2 years old
My wife bought comparable model called WH H910N a few years ago. Literally falling apart at the seams. Sony only gives one year warranty. At about 2 years this happens. Unacceptable. Poor workmanship. Would not recommend Sony headphones to anyone. I have Sennheiser headphones that are 20 years old that are better build quality.

Don't do it if you expect to use for work!
I bought these headphones to use at work (Dell computer, running microsoft products). They are useless. In fact, more than useless. I don't even bother with bluetooth anymore. And when plugged in, most often I can hear the call, but no one on the call can hear me, or vice versa, and I revert to my plug in Apple earphones from 20XX. None of the manuals solve the problem on a long term basis, and there's never a support agent available... oh and since it's +30 days, i can't return.

Good sound poor craftsmanship
So my husband loves these headphones for the noise cancellation and the sound quality, unfortunately we’ve had issues with these lasting…. First pair we had to send in on warranty because the headband part came detached from the ear piece (which seems like a common issue after I started looking into it) now the replacement pair won’t charge after 14 months of use…. For this price I’d expect they last for YEARS

It's alright
I bought these headphones 2 months ago. They are great for cancelling noise. When I put them on, I barely hear anything. The only problem is that I always instantly get a headache when I put them on. That's why, even though I bought them 2 months ago, I barely wore them. I think it is linked to the noise cancelling because when I put them on, I hear a white noise.

No longer charge
I received these headphones on December 5th two weeks ago today they stopped holding a charge. They turn red and blink or sometimes stay red for hours and never turn blue i don’t know what I’m supposed to do I feel like I wasted my money

Excellent sound quality, poor construction
After 3 years, the microphone no longer works during calls and I frequently have to fix a high pitched ringing issue. I have followed all fix solutions provided by sony and nothing is a permanent fix. For the price point, the product is not worth it.

Don’t waste your money
Anytime you clear your throat or cough or sing or even just open your mouth they turn off it is extremely annoying!

Favorite pair of headphones!
I love these headphones! I wear them for working out and walking/jogging. I wanted a pair that went all the way over my ear to not bother my cartilage piercings, and these do the trick. They also fit comfortably if I wear my glasses with them. I had my first pair stolen, but did not hesitate to repurchase. The sound quality is amazing and I’ve never had technical issues. The worst thing about them is they are a little big and will sometimes slide around if I am doing an intense workout, but it doesn’t bother me to reposition them. I think they are worth the price. I’ve had my second pair for 3+ years now and have no damage to them. I can easily clean them with a Clorox wipe to disinfect (probably not recommended, but again I haven’t had issues). I recommend the black pair. My friend has the cream colored ones and the ear cushions have gotten much dirtier over the years.

Buy at own risk
These are 200 pounds and the battery broke within 2 months. Won’t charge anymore. Try to go to Sony support and it sends me to an AI chatbot - no other options. If you buy these they will break.

I went back to my 14.99 dollar headphones
No light indication working at all, don’t know if I am charging, I wait and then it tells me I’m still at 10% charge. The charging USB CAVLE is a wonderful 12 inches long if that, so you can’t even use it in most of the time, unless you want 300 dollar headphones dangling, here’s an idea, longer wire, and if I can’t find a way to charge this crap, SEND A CHARGING BLOCK IN THE BOX SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO USE AND YOU KNOW IF SOMETHING IS WRONG OR IF YOU’RE 10 DIFFERENT CHARGING BLOCKS ARE WRONG!!!!!! You’re not Apple. They may suck at the little things, but at least Apple works.

Good sound cancellation
Bought the headphones for the gym and they are Great headphones had them for about 6 months then they stopped charging and they’ll charge for 6+ hours and still not be charged. Tried different cables and outlets but they never charge. Really annoying

Horrible.
I’m sick of these. Don’t try to pair any new device ms because it takes about 10 years and multiple tries. Trying to skip a song, rewind, or pause. Don’t even try, it won’t work. That is unless your shoulder happens to brush it, then it does every single action. Do yourself a favor and buy bose.

They break every 2 years
So these are the best headphones, I have ever owned. However, I have bought 2 pair and they have both snapped on the right ear cuff. They seem to do it right at the 2year mark. I tried calling to get it repaired, apparently the don’t make replacement parts. I still recommend these headphones, but if your an introvert who uses there headphones almost daily to avoid people ?? you’ll be buying them every 2 years.

$200 for crap design and customer service.
I bought this less than 3 months ago and the hinge broke. No damage, no falls. I have been taking care of it like I have a newborn, with utmost care and caution. What's worse? Sony won't honor their 1 year warranty. The XM5s have a similar defect, but I thought the XM4s were safe so bought these. Wasted over $200 on this...
