A great buy
Researched these and even consulted my friends really into headphones and these were a must-buy. Top tier! Such a premium feel and full customization but not overwhelming if that's not your jam. Love how they look in white, too.

Poor quality-broke in less than 90 days
I purchased these headphones in April of 2025. I was using them last week and went to take them off. They snapped and are now completely useless. Don’t water your money the quality is cheap.

Broke in less than 1 year
I was quite happy with my purchase for 10 months, when a little plastic piece that unites the tiara part to the over the ear part broke, and the thing completely crumbled. I had to use superglue and silvertape to bind them together. This happened when I was removing the headphones from my head. One week later, the plastic thing from the other side broke as well. So now I have a headphone with both ends displaying silvertape. What a disappointment. Should have bought the JBL, but in the end thought Sony would be a safer bet. Not the case. Won't be buying another Sony product anytime soon. Didn't last 1 year. And since I bought them in Portugal, but live in Brazil, can't even go to the store and complain.

Not happy with sound quality through wire option
Disappointed because I only bought them because they come in the wire option which is was my requirement. They sound like some cheap earphones through the wire. I have the Sony MDR XB450 which sound way better than these. The sound connect app doesn’t even show these in the add wired headphones option which is disappointing as I can’t adjust these using an equaliser. People online suggest an external equaliser app but what’s the point if you need to do that after spending so much. The only mistake I made was not going to a store and trying these out. I bought them online after reading reviews.

Laptop restarts while this headphones connected
I really love my ult wear headphones ?? and would recommend but why is my Asus Zephyrus g14 laptop ?? keeps on restarting after updating Bluetooth drivers can anyone help ?? only with the ULT wear headphones connected. Also I wanted to update drivers because laptop was at ?? volume but this headphone ?? wasn't at that max volume I had to put it to ?? just to heard okay. But not great. ??. Build quality to me not too shabby but could be better and sound quality amazing as this is Sony their known for that too and sometimes this headphone sounds weird or low or odd I had reconnect it on any devices hmm ??. Got it off of a eBay nice seller who wanted to get rid of it apparently got it as a Christmas gift and I got a great deal 96.something 57

Good Sound but Bad Quality
I have bought this headphones twice in the last year. I really like the sound and the noise cancellation and unlike Bose they are not have a static sound. However both times I have bought them, the plastic right above the hinge cracks around month five or six and they are unwearable. It is so annoying because this type of break is not covered in the warranty. I take good care of mine and with out fail both times they have broken out of nowhere.
