Never delivered
I bought this weeks ago, never got delivered. item kept changing delivery date. escalation teams and supervisors are useless and don't help. After reaching out more than 6 times they updated to delivered but still don't have.
buy from amazon or another site. direct sales of Sony is a waste of your time. they make such an incredible product look like trash

GREAT SMALL LENS
Great for scenery, sharp, light, fast. Portraits also good but have to get too close for good bokeh. This is a good lens for taking group photos rather than a 55mm lens. Video bokeh not as good as too wide. Need to get really close up on subject. Is sharp however.

excellent optical performance
excellent optical performance in a small lightweight lens with good light collecting power. Fairly fast focussing, recommended as a standard 35mm lens.

Amazing portrait pictures
The bokeh and defocus is amazing. Each portrait I take is simply amazing. It also handles very well dark areas.

Excellent and fast focusing with nice & soft bokeh
I've bought this and happy with this lens a perfect fit to what I need for portrait work and in a fast moving environment i.e. dancing studio.
