So Far So Good, Kinda
The TV seems to be fine, BUT THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.
For EVERY Click to progress thru set-up/passwords I had to remove the batteries and click, remove batteries and click………. After 1,000 clicks I kinda go it to a point of working

Please don’t waste your money.
I bought this TV yesterday at Costco 85 inch. We chose it because we thought Sony was a good brand. We didn’t want a cheap TV. It had great color in the store. after installing it on the wall, which was not easy we are severely disappointed in the pitcher quality as the demo mode is 80 times better than any other thing that you’re watching, including high definition, 4K videos on prime at this point, I wished I would’ve bought a cheap TV at least then I wouldn’t be $2300 disappointed. we are using high definition cables we have gone through all of the different views adjusted the settings. It’s extremely grainy and my Vizio TV in the back bedroom that we paid a couple hundred dollars for has 10 times of the better picture. this is the most disappointed I’ve ever been in any product I’ve ever bought.
