Great TV Hard to Setup
While the TV seems to be very good, it is very user unfriendly because of the forced use of Google TV. One need to be very patient and dedicate too much time to setup.

Awful, awful, terrible shipping service
They use AIT to ship their TVs rather than a normal service like FedEx or UPS. It took 10 days to deliver. If I ordered with any big box retailer like BestBuy or Amazon, I would’ve received the TV in 2 days AND they would’ve set it up for me with no additional charge. Never again will I buy directly from Sony — completely ridiculous to buy an 85 inch TV and they don’t bring it inside and don’t help you set it up. Their delivery partner AIT is horrendous. Go to Best Buy or Amazon and get actual service with fast shipping.

Great TV, doesn't work for video chat
Great TV overall, but one of the main reasons I bought it has not delivered. Advertised as working with google meet and zoom, but neither of those work at all. Bought from Costco and got the compatible Bravia cam via an offer. Zoom is available from the app store but its mic doesn't work, google meet is not even available. Hopefully this works in a future update but for now neither feature works at all and is advertised!
