Out of luck
I bought this three months ago, just got delivered to Mexico, it arrived broken but no longer under warranty. Who broke it? Who knows?

Terrible software. Constant issues.
The picture is good, sound is good for a flat screen, but the software is so terrible. I'm constantly having to do hard restarts or unplugging the TV because something has either frozen, hasn't loaded properly, or videos will play sound but with a black screen. If it's not one of those issues, it's just completely frozen and won't work at all, so I have to unplug it just to restart it.
On top of that, about every other time I turn it on, something crashes and the TV resets itself.
I do like the remote. Otherwise, I truly wish I had gotten a different TV.
I purchased this one to replace my 15 year old Sharp 65" that still works great and still being used in another room.

Disappointed
Too many bugs in the system. Will just go to home page on its own or completely change inputs while watching. It is also very slow and my internet connection is very strong. I expected more for the price and the name brand. All my software etc is up to date and issues continue.

Disconnects from internet & very unhappy
We have had nothing but problems with this TV. It disconnects from the internet all the time. I first thought it was our internet connection but I checked the other 2 TV's in the house (1- Roku & 1- Samsung). Both were still connected & working. We paid almost $1000 for this TV & we have to reset it almost everyday. Sometimes more than once in a day. It's a very big annoyance. We have tried everything we can think of to fix it. But to no avail. Unfortunately, it's too late to return it. So we are stuck with a TV we hate.
