Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great choice for average viewer Too many “free” offers for other multiple services, Ad said free Google tv and You tube TV came with it but the free part is only temporary and you have to give them a card number. Otherwise setup was the usual 15 minute menu driven maze to get on line, register with Google and Sony etc, etc. Picture is good, price ($580) for last years model was ok.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mixed feelings I always liked the Sony Bravia tv. So when it came time for a new tv I went straight for it. This tv has a great picture, and comes with all the apps I needed already on it and ready to roll. The bad, the remove doesn’t have numbers to punch in to go right to channel you want. I the guide is nice but if I page up or down it keeps going back to where it started regardless if I stop on a channel or keep going. Only way to get to the channel I want is to go through every channel. There wasn’t a book with it for set up so not sure if there is a favorite channel list like my old Bravia had or not but that would help. Still searching for features my old Bravia had but they seem to be hidden. Overall a decent tv but definitely could have had some more things added that would not have priced it out of the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV…keeps dropping the internet connection I purchased this TV because I like Sony Bravias. However, within a week of purchase, the screen froze and the remote stopped working. I had to disconnect the TV from the power and restart for anything to work. I’ve had to do this almost every week since purchase. The reseller tried troubleshooting with the help of the SONY support team and I think they said something about the updates?? Such a shame because I really like it, but, may have to swap it out real soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so far so good This is a new purchase of a Sony Bravia 55" TV. I have had it for about 2 weeks. The colors are vibrant and sharp. The sound is good, too. I hope to enjoy this TV for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value I purchased last night, came straight home and set up. The color is great, the picture even on old movies is crystal clear, and overall, I'm satisfied. The minor things I don't like wouldn't stop me from buying. The new simplified remote doesn't show how to easily navigate to another channel without going through several menu steps, the audio isn't what I'm used to from Sony, but its ok. For a lower end model, I'm still satisfied. I do have a Sony soundbar with wireless subwoofer on it, and it still doesn't have the sound quality of my other 6 Sony televisions with or without their attached soundbars, subwoofers, tower speakers & receivers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture I have used Sony Bravias for many years, and always had good experiences with them. Quality products - a cut above. I like my new Bravia 4K (with Google TV), but one thing REALLY disappoints me. I purchased what I thought was a 55 inch TV. It is NOTHING OF THE SORT. It is a 48 inch TV, so I feel I'm shorted out of 7 inches of screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good picture. BAD software. Bought this tv over the more expensive model for the wide viewing angle. Tv is ok. Software really the worst Sony product i have ever bought. Slow response from remote. Using a remote with channel buttons [does Not come with one], tv needs a debounce timer in the software. Enters multiple numbers. Surfing channels locks up tv. Have to restart. Sony needs to send update to correct. Would have returned but 55" hard to take down.
