Can't turn off the tv
the setup ios not easy. Samsung is much easier. Best Buy sales person talked me out of buying Samsung. I should not have listened.

Much better than LG
I bought an LG TV a week earlier, couldn't figure out how to set it up. Purchased this one, set up and registration was a breeze, so far, so good.

Difficult to understand and program!
This Sony television replaces a Vizio television which was replaced TWICE in 9 months and is finally being refunded by the company, so we were ready for a better experience with this Sony, after spending twice the price of the Vizio. We've had it ONE DAY and have already had an issue which necessitated an "unplug/reconnect" restart to fix and discovered that Sony's tech support could be much better! The television should have come with a PRINTED OWNER'S MANUAL, which should not have to be downloaded and printed at the user's expense! Settings and software have so far been very difficult to find/understand and the remote should have come with channel selection buttons. Yes, the picture is great, but that was also the case with the Vizio. Hopefully, things will improve with the Sony.

Ok TV
Just bought TV Friday set it up Sunday. Great picture, reason I bought it. The big complaints at this point are the OTA Tuner not the greatest and the guide for OTA is really stinks! It stinks so bad I'm ready to toss this set. I live off the antenna and this in unacceptable, should have bought another Samsung or LG.

Bogus quality for the price + bad customer service
Experiencing playback issues only a month after purchasing and have reached out to customer service twice only for it to be the least productive use of my time I've ever experienced in my life. Insulting quality and customer service for a $500 TV.

Best all-around TV
When it comes to affordable TVs, Sony wins hands down. Their long track record of reliability gives me confidence this TV will last for years. I wouldn’t trust most budget brands—quality is often hit or miss, and usually a miss. Sony’s entry-level TVs feel polished, well-built, and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.
