Good, but..
Easy to migrate my info over with the Google UI. The larger HD is nice co.pared to my other Sony TV. The issues I have so far, and I've only had it for a few hours... the led light flashes while the TV is off and no way to disable it like my other Sony. Also, I noticed when the screen is dark it's noticeably lighter just above the center of the screen. I understand it's a lower level model, but the black should be black.

Nice tv
The remote during the set up process was not responsive in many instances. The tv also turned off 3 times during the process. Additionally I didn’t see a barcode to register the tv. It had to be done manually. The chatbots are a waste of time. The tv has a nice picture and sound quality for the price.

TV seems OK. The remote is of very low quality. It has no back lighting and makes it impossible to operate it in semi-darkness, especially for seniors. We are considering returning it. Very disappointing. We have an ancient Sony LCD TV, and have been very happy with it. That is why we got a Sony smart TV.

Wow! What a beautiful and amazing tv! Love all the smart features and how fast it was to set up. The picture quality is insanely amazing and crystal clear! Sound is great, but even better with a sound bar. Highly recommend!

Love this TV! Picture is sharp and bright. Sound quality is amazing. Easy to use, remote is comfortable and has all bottoms for fast access to Netflix, YouTube and Disney. Special app allows you to control TV with a phone. Took long time to connect tv with a phone at the beginning, be prepared. I love simple design of this TV. It’s great for watching movies and playing games. Definitely recommend it.

Great picture quality and amazing interface
This tv has amazing picture quality and the sound is very nice too. Watching tv is a whole new experience! It was way to set up and connect to all my streaming services, and I like the voice control remote. The tv is easy to use and really high quality!

HD, crisp sound, amazing TV!
Awesome HD TV that’s crystal clear with crisp audio! The remote has convenient Netflix and other streaming platforms so it’s easy to navigate. I’m also able to screen share with my phone along with other features so I’m super happy with it! No complaints!

Great Picture Quality
This TV would be a great addition to any household! It’s lightweight, and powerful. Setup was a breeze, all I needed was a WiFi connection, and the picture quality is amazing. The colors are so sharp and the sound is crisp and clear. This TV has many different settings to cater to your individual preferences and even allows you to create different profiles in case it is a shared device. It only took me a few minutes to sign into my Google account and bring over my existing streaming apps and search for new ones. The Google Home app is really convenient and allows you to customize your tv settings and even set a routine. 10 stars!

Visuals and sound
This had brought movie nights to a new level the visual quality is amazing. The sound is amazing and loud without sounding muffled or distorted. Love being able to stream YouTube on this as a feature. Game nights is also brought to a new level the gameplay quality is amazing and easy to connect the Switch console. Overall it’s a great tv from movies to playing to just having Spotify playing music in the background.

Good color, sound, and performance.
This TV is awesome! Good sound and color. I had it at only 20 volume and it’s loud already. Color is very nice and clear, movement was smooth. It turns on really fast and connect to apps really fast too. And the remote control is small and very minimal, and has shortcut buttons that I use a lot. Love this tv!

Great Visuals, Needs a Soundbar
1. Performance & Interface
My previous TV’s Google TV interface had become painfully slow over the years. Switching to the BRAVIA 2 has been a breath of fresh air. The UI is snappy, apps load quickly, and the overall navigation is smooth. It handles streaming services like Netflix and YouTube without any of the stuttering I was used to.
2. Picture Quality
For an entry-level model, the display is impressive. It looks particularly good in darker environments; the contrast holds up well, and Sony’s natural color processing is evident. If you’re watching movies at night with the lights dimmed, the visual experience is more than "acceptable"—it’s actually quite good.
3. Audio Quality (The Main Weakness)
If there is one area where this TV falls short, it’s the sound. The built-in speakers feel a bit thin and lack depth. While it’s fine for casual TV shows or the news, it doesn't do justice to cinematic movies or music. I’d say an external speaker or soundbar is a mandatory addition if you want the audio to match the quality of the screen.
Final Verdict
If you can find this TV at a bargain or a discount, grab it. It offers a premium Google TV experience and solid visuals, provided you have a budget left over for a dedicated sound system.

Had 2 defect on screen and had to exchange it for another. 2 small red dots on the screen like lazer targets. very visible when the picture is dark. Annoying since they were close to the middle of the screen

Poor over the air reception
I have a brand new 65 inch Sony Bravia in the family room and a ten year old Samsung in the kitchen, 18 feet away. Both tv's receive the same antenna signal from a coax splitter. The Sony loses signal regularly. The Samsung is rock solid. I have replaced the splitter and coax cable going to the Sony Bravia. I am very disappointed in the Sony tv and would return it but am just outside the retailer return window.

Great picture but soundbar issues

Great quality tv picture. Zero complaints about the tv picture , audio is ok. Some issues with tv and only a few months in. Audio goes out periodically when streaming ( iptv). Also, had the tv 3 times now freeze. No remote reset or other fixes with this issue except a hard reset will fix for both issues listed( unplug electrical cord from outlet). Seems this is a google tv issue. I’ve never had a google tv so not sure if this is normal. Very disappointed with system so far, but the picture quality truly is amazing. I’m hopefully a system update will be launched to fix these issues.

Not the Sony TV I remember
Bought at Best Buy a week ago, The screen is blurry and dark, I tried changing the settings to no avail. My sound bar connects but the TV speakers sound better. The sound out arc3 must be the lowest grade there is. I don't recommend this TV. Will have to return to BB.

Great Picture
Just purchased and the setup was super easy, just followed the on screen instructions. Excellent picture and decent audio. I got this to replace my Sony Bravia 46” LED TV from 2009. Very happy with it.

Excellent quality, but some niggles
Bought television for bedroom, Since it was installed ten days ago, twice have had to switch it off at plug to reset channels, as it was unable to find them (hence reason for 4 stars) - hopefully this improves otherwise it will get annoying. Apart from that, the television and its screen image is very good quality with excellent screen resolution - watching World Cup, feels like I'm on the pitch with players! Controls on remote are still a bit mysterious (little information provided with TV) - eventually managed to download pdf manual (but not easy to find and achieve). There is an option for setting a sleep timer (which I definitely need), but not very easy to find on remote.
