very disappointed
my camera is just out of the box and the sensor and shutter inside are messed up and crooked. i have tried calling contact support as their site states they’re open on saturday. continuously no response. this was my first sony purchase and i don’t plan to purchase again if this is how support will be.

Terrible service from sony
I bought the camera… dates changed for arrival and now at this point i have been waiting for more than 10 days to get my equipment with no help from direct sales team. They all are useless and terrible customer service. After calling them 6 days in a row, they keep asking me to wait more… direct sales support falezly marked it delivered but then item on tracking still shows it is with fedex

Noise Levels Kills the Vibe
I am so disappointed in this camera. Buyer beware, more megapixels only creates an enormous amount of noise in ALL images. I have several Sony lenses and still have noise issues.
Astrophotography....forget about doing this.
This is not a versatile camera.

Disappointed - Broken After 2 Months & No Support
I’ve had this camera for less than two months, and it’s already completely unusable due to a software issue — none of the buttons work, and I can't even access the menu. I’ve taken excellent care of it, so this is incredibly frustrating. Even worse, Sony’s repair process and customer service have been unhelpful and slow to respond. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a Sony camera or lens break through no fault of my own, and unfortunately, this experience just confirms how unreliable their products and support have become. For the price, I expected better. Really disappointed.
