SMC EZ Connect Power over Ethernet Kit

The SMCPOE-KIT is a Power over Ethernet device set (includes a SMCSPLITTER and an SMCPWR-INJ2) that provides power to Access Point/Bridge (SMC2455W/SMC2482W) using a standard Category 5 cable. It reduces installation cost, as a dedicated power outlet is not necessary to be near where the Access Point/Bridge is installed. It is convenient, simple, and easy to install. The SMCPOE-KIT is perfect for use with SMC2455W EZ Connect Turbo Wireless Access Point and SMC2482W EZ Connect Turbo Wireless Bridge.

The SMCPOE-KIT is designed for use with SMC2455W and SMC2482W only. The use of the Power over Ethernet Kit with Ethernet-ready devices may cause damage to the devices.
