The Spot Water Detection Sensor can be used with all Sensaphone models to monitor for the presence of water directly under the sensor. When water is detected, the sensor will trigger the Sensaphone to go into alarm. Independently powered by internal lithium batteries that will last for approximately 3-5 years. When the batteries start to run down, the sensor will automatically dial out an alarm when no water is present. Multiple sensors can be wired in series to a single input. To install, simply lay the sensor on the floor wherever it is suspected water will collect. The sensor is connected to the Sensaphone via accessory wire (not included).
