I love great view
Just love everything about the view of great movies and sport the color it's all beautiful . The sound is amazing ?? the effects are very well. I love the big size of it. Love the fact you can ppqur and many places and corners.

Actually Works Great!
This thing actually surprised me since I had always found mounts for tvs to be a waste of money cause it has one on the TV already but I recently did some renovation on my backyard and put a tb back there but don't want a bulky entertainment center just for my TV so I decided to give a mount a try. Wow! Now I can see why people get these things! This thing let me mount my TV to a wall saving soon much room and space. Bringing the area together with my family. Love it! Sturdy and doesn't feel like it will fall. Feels very secure and no worries even during the crazy winds and weather lately. Stuck kn thT wall like some type of man spider hehe.

Expensive bracket, misligned holes, wasted time
I purchased an 85" QLED two years ago after previously owning a Samsung Plasma TV for over 11 years. Despite my lack of knowledge about televisions, I was pleased with the price, quality and clarity. I wanted to mount the television on a wall but didn't order a wall mount because I wasn't sure if any of the options on the Samsung website were compatible with the rear brackets and I chose not to purchase aftermarket mounts from other companies because I was concerned about poor fitment. Last month, I decided to splurge on a 77" OLED after I read about the pros and cons of OLED televisions and competitor offerings. The bracket and professional installations services were recommended during the checkout process on the Samsung website so I assumed the bracket would fit seamlessly and the installation would be trouble-free, especially since the bracket itself was expensive compared to other brands with comparable designs. I am terribly disappointed by the service I received and the bracket. The bracket did not fit the television on the wall where it was going to be mounted. The installers didn't mock up the bracket first so there are unnecessary holes in the wall for the bracket. The only reason I didn't install the bracket myself is because I was reluctant to drill unnecessary holes in the wall. This would've been less of a concern if the house wasn't less than 2 years old and was brand new. Now I have holes in the wall that need to be patched and repainted because Samsung doesn't even know what brackets fit their own televisions. After spending over $4000 for the television, bracket and installation services, I'm apprehensive about ordering anything from Samsung again. After I called their ecommerce support number to ask questions about the bracket and how to use the existing holes instead of drilling new ones, I was redirected to technical support which couldn't answer any questions about the bracket and then transferred back to ecommerce customer service to request a refund. When I asked the representative about the holes left in the wall by the installers, he told me that it's up to me to repair them myself.
