Stealing Money/ Poor design
I bought this for my 85 inch Samsung tv a month ago as part of thanksgiving sale.
The wall mount arrived earlier than the tv .Once the tv got delivered.The samsung delivery person tried installing with the purchaaed wall mount.
It did not fit properly as the stud didnot align.Samsung tech refused to install dur to safety reason as it might rip the drywall.
Contacted Samsung to return wall mount.They rejected saying it expired return window.
Samsung did not bundle wall mount and tv for same delivery date.How can i tske responsibility for that?
A poor design wall mount does not have mutliple points is not my problem.More of an practical issue.
All my appliances,phone,speaker are from samsung.
You tried oversell and my 200$ is like you are stealing the hard earned money.
Out never buying samsung ever again.Go look my account you had broken a decade old samsung users trust.

Waste of time and money
It was recommended by Samsung customer support rep for my 83 inch S90C TV. This did not fit the tv.

Defective!
Listen to the people below me and don't buy. I ignored these review and lost $200 I ordered this mount along with 85' neo qled. Mount got delivered in feb itself however they delayed the tv all the way till March 29 today when tv got delivered their guys said this is incorrect wall mount and we cannot install this. Now samsung is not returning due to it being out of return time frame and want me to resell outside. Samsung is selling their junk to you via their associates so they can get rid of their inventory. Please save your money!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. All the negative reviews below me are correct.

SAMSUNG LACKS COMMON SENSE
You will never recieve this product. Samsung shouldnt even be a company. Their customer service is -10 out of 10. Everyone you talk to lacks common sense and they dont give one crap about the customer. Ordered this mount and a tv and the mount was unavailable pretty much as soon as i pressed purchase. In the meantime they sold my tv while i was waiting on the mount to be "available" and forced me to swap to a tv i didnt even want. i also paid for install. Thry finally showed up with my tv after nearly 3 months from ordering without the mount so obviously they couldnt mount which i paid for. Now they are saying it was delivered. Also forgot to mention i brought it to their attention that my mount wasnt compatable with the new tv that they forced me to swap to. They put in a service request to give me a coupon to get a different one which was denied. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. EXIT OUT OF YOUR WEB BROWSER NOW. SAMSUNG IS A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

Loving it!
I have purchased this item a while back and I am loving it. All of the features satisfy how I watch me 85 inch. I would say purchase one and see for yourself. It is worth every penny. Awesome investment!!!
