Rated 5 out of 5 by from No show bra of wall mounts I normally would rather buy a tv stand for my flat screen or even just prop it up against the wall then put in a wall mount. Some of the many reasons have been remedied by this wall mount. I never liked how far they came from the wall so you could see them even with the TV pushed flush, well this one let's my TV look like it's flush with the wall until I move my TV and I love that illusion. I also like how it's not bulky and heavy, I hung it myself with 4 not so big screws in like 5 minutes. It's not going to leave damage marks like others have done and the holes are no bigger than hanging a light, small picture. I will definitely be using this wall mount for this TV anywhere I move it and hopefully it will fit other tvs if I ever buy more tvs, great job Samsung! The price was awesome, as well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Serial Number. No Customer Service. Wish I could give a 0. First off, the return window is too short. This mount didn't fit my 60" Samsung TV and my order arrived damaged anyways. When I tried to return this product during the return window, the return was never initiated – I was not aware that this never happened and kept waiting for some return label. Today, it's my day off and called at noon to check the status. Turns out, because the return was never initiated, I can't return it. However, I could possibly file a claim because it's still under the 1 year warranty (I had to tell each agent where to find this info). BUT THEN when I finally spoke to the Warranty Department, they needed the serial number. Well... there is no serial number that starts with "SN" (that's what the guy said it should start with) and there's no one around who can tell me where to find it. This is so bogus! I also wrote the CEO lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent option for the frame with no flat wall Worked with our giant The Frame 75 inch tv over a fireplace where it had to be on an extended mount that was over 19 inches in length out in the z axis. Our task rabbit charged 69 dollars to install it it was his first time doing one of these and he just followed the instructions in the box and had no issues. We are very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY - LOST 65 INCH FRAME DO NOT BUY THIS MOUNT. I used to mount a 65 inch Frame TV (not heavy at all) in a custom home with a custom spot above the fire place. After 3 weeks and with not touching the TV - I woke up to the Frame TV face up on the floor and shattered to pieces....Terrible design.

Was told by product expert (michele), TV technical support department and E commerce (Pamela B.) that this model would be compatible with the s90c oled 65 inch Tv. Wall mounting technician came this morning and informed me that it is not compatible. The worst part is this is my second TV wall mount recommendation as the first recommendation was also not compatible. Time, gas, money wasted due to Samsung support department failure. Called Samsung and the only solution they can give me is to return this model and try another model. Yes… lets waste more time money and gas because Samsung is incompetent with their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not compatible and misleading customer serviice I had a worst experience with SAMSUNG, ordered S95C 65Inch TV, i have asked Samsung to provide compatibility mount for the TV before placing the order. They gave me Slim Fit Wall Mount (2022) initially. I scheduled professional installation service thru samsung, The agent said that the wallmount is not compatible with this TV and asked to order a new one. Again i spoke with samsung customer care and they asked me to order 58-75" Full Motion Slim Wall mount (400x300, 400x400) for my S90C 65Inch. The new Samsung professional agent during the installation appointment again said that this wall mount is also not compatible with the TV and asked to double check with Samsung again. Customer service is negligent and wasted my time, my two appointments were wasted. This is very frustrating and no one is taking accountability when I called customer service(1-800-SAMSUNG), was on call for 4 hours all they did was transfer calls between various departments and finally disconnect the call. Never expected this treatment for a Samsung GOLD customer from customer care. Please triple check before you buy all they need is your hard-earned money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not close flat for S95C I purchased this to mount a new S95C flat against the wall. The mount is slim. You screw some round nuts on the back of the tv and they slide easily into the mount making it easy to mount and unmount the tv. The main issue is the mount does not close all the way flat for the S95C because it hits the cable. It closes most of the way but if you are trying to mount a very flat tv flush, it is not a great option.

Was recommended this one after asking about the stud spacing again. Customer service said it was compatible. Product arrived and it is NOT compatible with 24 inch stud spacing. Returning it.

Unfortunately there was a shipping issue once I finally reached customer service then the issues was resolved! This Is the mount you need to buy! just trust me. It is durable and holds my TV like no other. I am not worried about my TV falling or anything happening to this mount. Installation was a breeze and the instructions was simple and easy to understand. Don't need any major power tools either!
