Sand Gold Metal not Gold but Silver
warning to everyone! the "sand gold metal" bezel i received today is brushed aluminum colored. it is not gold but brushed silver. it looks nothing like the picture. very disappointed. i initiated a return. i was planning to reorder and hope that what i was shipped was a mistake. however, in reading the other reviews, i may just pass. i appear to not be the first to complain. samsung, what's going on?

Impossible to return do not buy
Do not buy. Customer service will not allow return outside of fifteen day window. Totally unreasonable. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to return it. Perhaps because they have discontinued this lousy product and want you stuck with it.
