Biggest scam, worst quality, bad customer service
You will regret buying this. These bezels used to be made of metal, but Samsung cheaped out and made them plastic.
I've received two broken ones in a row. Each time Samsung customer service demands I wait for their system to update to process a return. Then they ask you to drive to a UPS store to return it.
I had to issue a credit card dispute against them. This product should not be sold to consumers.

Poor Quality
this bezel is horrible quality. it is made of cheap plastic and arrived broken in many pieces. it is very thin and brittle plastic so i am not surprised it broke. the first representative i spoke to said they would honor the coupon i used toward another purchase. now they say that person spoke in error and i only can get another bezel. i am very disappointed in the quality of the bezel and the customer care.

I see Samsung replying with "Please know the 2025 Frame Pro TV is only compatible with 2025 model year Bezels" on several reviews. Where is this clearly stated when purchasing the bezel? Why did I have to find out AFTER I purchased the product and tried to install it on my 75" Frame Pro, but the hole on the bottom is not large enough for the sensor on the bottom of the TV? Samsung - please update the product descriptions to clearly state if they are for the Frame or the Frame Pro!! Do not hide this fact in the specs section via model numbers!
