Poor Quality and Horrible Customer Service. Avoid!
I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.

corner snap in location breaks easily
plastic corners broke on mine as well. they don't snap in little holes easily and when it broke I called to see if I can get a replacement which they are allowing however two more small pieces broke off corners as I was taking off. I like the look but they need to figure out a better way to connect the corners.

Terrible quality with limited replacement supply
The corner clips that connect the bezel onto the TB broke during installation. The product is made from thin, plastic. Don’t waste your money, and if it is included for free during the order, don’t expect a nice product.

Very poor quality
very disapponted with the quality of thr bezel. arrived chipped. tried contacting support and did not get adequate response. tried living with it but, the bezel keeps falling off the tv. very very disappointed. getting support through chat is also impossible. i keep getting moved around through different prople. as much as i love the look, the quality being bad is upsetting.
