Came with 4 connector pieces missing, I tried to get customer support and after an hour of transferring me around, they said they are not sending the missing pieces. Horrible customer support

DO NOT BUY. $200 worth of plastic crap. I ordered one, it arrived broken. I ordered another and it also arrived snapped in half. Its cheap plastic. Don't waste your money.

Greatest TV ever!
This Samsung TV is the best TV I've ever had and it would be an arm to be able to enter your sweepstakes for a chance to have another Samsung TV in which I can give to my parents who desperately need a TV but can't afford one for the best quality and speakers that is easy to control and set up is Samsung TV is the TV for you

Darker in-person, wish it was the 2020 beige color
took around two months to receive. the 2021 teak bezel is a much darker color in-person, sort of a mid brown color. it was super easy to apply - snaps right on via magnets. the bezel also fit the tv perfectly. no issues there.
samsung - please bring back the 2020 light beige color for the 2021 version!

Cheap plastic and horrible shipping
i bought this bezel for $90(bundled w/tv).as seen in photos the package arrived dented,two longer pieces of the bezel were broken. it was not securely packaged and other reviews have had same issue on samsungs amazon acct.
i called samsung and after 40 minutes, being transferred back and forth between multiple departments, they had me re-order the bezel at full price, $200, saying i will be refunded my original amount and then they will go back and price match my new order to what i payed before plus a 10% discount ($81), wahoo… hoping it works out smoothly so i don’t have to call back or receive another broken bezel. can’t believe they couldn’t ship out a new bezel right away and instead we have to go through this whole process. this may be the first item i’ve reviewed, just ridiculous.

Cheap Plastic
it's advertised as a stylish wood (or very close to wood) bezel. unfortunately, it has a cheap plastic feel to it. exorbitant price for what it is. i ordered teak hoping it will be as shown in the picture. in reality it's darker than what the pictures show. kind of looks like a dirty beige color. fits well though and hence a few stars.

Wildly overpriced
I have the modern teak bezel and it is adds a good touch and is a great feature for the Frame TV...but the price is totally outrageous for this being 4 plastic sticks with magnets attached.

What an embarrassment to the Samsung brand to continue charging this outrageous price for a cheap plastic frame you could DIY much better for less than a quarter of the price and an hour of your time. Skeptical of the entire Samsung brand based on this joke of a product.

Awful customer service.
This is the last Samsung product I will ever buy. I bought a 65 inch Class the Frame Pro tv and was given 3-4 weeks delivery. Before the tv arrived I called Samsung and asked about a bezel to frame the tv. The Samsung representative suggested this frame and I bought it. It arrived way before the tv. Once the tv arrived my electrician hung it that day but when he opened the bezel box he said it was the wrong type and didn’t fit the tv. I called Samsung to return and they said I was outside the return window and wouldn’t refund all of my money for the bezel. Outrageous. I bought what they told me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
