Unhappy with purchase.
Very disappointed in the “The Frame” for the TV. Ot does not look like a frame. Just a white version of what comes around the TV bit in white. I saw your framed TV at a friends and it looked like a picture frame. The one sent does not and that was the main reason why I bought it.

Service sucks!
I bought a frame tv and teak frame from Samsung online for a 4 month remodeling construction. The contractor doing the installation just opened the box and the frame was broken in half. I contacted Samsung and they said the replacement period had run out and there was nothing they would do. I filed with my credit card company instead, but would never buy from Samsung online again when you can get the same thing on Amazon.

Extremely disappointed
Yes, but the Samsung bezel is a complete disappointment. Mass produced in Korea and only three color options available for my 55" Samsung Frame TV. Nowhere to actually see samples of the finishes in person to touch, feel and decide which color will work best for your home decor. You must blindly order it online and hope the color is close to what it looks like online. I picked my bezel today from Best Buy and thankfully the color will work. The installation is very easy however there are small gaps in the corners. Looks AWFUL. Because it attaches via magnets, you can shift a bit to try to get the corners to meet and be flush but they don't meet very well and there are small gaps at each corner even after putting in the little black holders in the back corners. Looks like something your 4th grade kid made in woodshop class. SOOO disappointed. An epic fail on the part of Samsung. Shame on them. I DON'T RECOMMEND!

Bad quality, even worse customer support.
I previously left a review under "Stan" and was told to contact customer service because of the poor quality of the product. When I did, after getting shuffled around the call center, they told me there is nothing to actually do. So what was the point of the response? Bad quality, bad customer support.

TV looks better but poor craftsmanship and quality
I bought the Modern White bezel and the TV does look much better with it. From about 10 feet and out it looks great, but as you get closer you can see the quality and craftsmanship of the bezel at the corners is not good. It doesn't look like they fit together great, the seem is not tight and looks like the angles are not 45 and 45 degrees so you see a gap in it. For such an expensive accessory I would have hoped it be perfect.

Easy to install, but also very easy to tell that it is 4 pieces not what I expected at all. Overall pleased as it does enhance the tv (experience)

This product is fantastic
I LOVE my new Samsung frame TV. The picture is so clear. I love changing the art that becomes my sleep screen. I love hearing my guests say, “I can’t believe you don’t have a TV in your living room”!! This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Period.

Nice looking product - shame it arrived smashed.
Per other review, product was delivered in pieces and smashed to pieces. Packing totally inadequate and was clearly shipped in a broken state. Don't bother, Samsung customer services totally hopeless requesting pictures and requiring a 15 day return process. Not worth the hassle.

Framed TV
The quality of the picture is great. What is not disclosed is te frame purchased for the TV covers the eye control so the rotating pictures, when not in use shuts down. If the frame is removed, when not in use, the rotating pictures will continue to rotate every so many minutes. Defeats the purpose of a framed TV.

Looks terrible- so cheap
Do NOT BUY! The product is so cheap, the Samsung customer service is terrible. It is all automated with very little person to person interaction. I missed my return window by 1 day over the holidays- even though every other company has extensions. I’m repeat customer (3 TVs over the years) and that means nothing.

Worst Customer Service / Packaging
When I received this, 2 of the 4 pieces were snapped in multiple places upon arrival and not usable. I contacted support hoping to get a replacement and was never able to get resolution. The order was placed for the TV and the bezel at the same time, and they could not understand that the TV was fine, and I only needed a replacement bezel. I was transferred to 3 different people, explaining what I needed every time. They kept asking for the serial number on the TV and said I'd have to file a warranty claim, even though nothing was wrong with the TV. I provided the order receipt, pictures, and explanations 3 separate times to each person I was transferred to. Eventually they ended the conversation and I never got it resolved. I ended up doing a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. Every TV in my house is Samsung, and I'm very brand loyal; but I will never purchase anything directly through them again.

Is it the single item that elevates this tv from an ordinary black, dead space on your wall into the finest art that blends seamlessly with your decor??? ALSO YES
Assuming yours does not come broken, this is a MUST HAVE accessory for the frame tv (otherwise there are much better pure TVs out there)

Do not waste your money or time
Do not buy. This is a cheap piece of plastic that is not value added to your Frame TV. It looks cheap and does not seamlessly lock into place at the joints. Also, the return window is very small. By the time I mounted the TV on the wall and snapped on the cheap plastic the return window already closed. Do not waste your money or time with product.

Product sucks
I bought a frame for a new frame TV being installed as part of a renovation. When they opened the box the frame was in six pieces with additional broken plastic. (See pictures). I chatted with customer service the next day (1 day after attempted installation that they can verify by when the TV was turned on for the first time), and they said they could not do anything. The frame is very cheap plastic and the packing and shipping by UPS were totally inadequate. I should have read these reviews before I bought, and also bought from Amazon. This is a common problem they are ignoring.

Poor costumer service-Do Not Buy!
Frame color was nothing like in picture on-line.
Was given as a gift but since shipping took forever Samsung would not exchange for a new color because it was after return date. So stuck with an ugly frame that doesn’t match anything in my room. Poor costumer service. Was not looking for money back just a new color.

I guess I assumed at this price the bevel is actually wood. It is cheap plastic. So disappointed since I spent over $150 and waited over 2 months (backordered) on plastic for my 55”.
