Terrible product. Worse service.
I was sent a broken bezel. Because I didn’t open the box in the allotted time to return, customer service would not send a new one. I was told my only course of action was to purchase a new one.

Feeling robbed
Someone should investigate Samsung for this level of fraud. The audacity to charge this amount of money for such a cheap product is mind-blowing. The only thing worse might be that we all fell for it. If you haven't made this mistake yet, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To say this was a waste of my money is a massive understatement.

Poor directions
Bought a black bevel frame and directions say they use clips and yet the magnet is supposed to be strong enough but it is not. No clips included and chat said no need for clips.

Poor Customer Service
i purchased the 55" samsung frame tv, directly from samsung. i opted for the brown bezel frame. the brown was horrible so i returned it for a $150.00 credit. i have called daily to purchase a black bezel frame. for the life of me, i cannot get clarity on whether they actually offer black or not. the reps are so bad and lack knowledge. i don't even see black on the website. but you cannot get a firm answer. they keep offering me red. stop it! do you have a black bezel for my frame tv? plus when you turn on the tv, you have to bypass the artwork feature. it's quite annoying and not worth it in my opinion.

Don’t buy from Samsung online.
I purchased this as a Christmas gift. When it arrived I wrapped it in Christmas paper and put it away. However when the gift was opened I found out it was the wrong size. 50” instead of 55”. I tried to return new and unopened but they refused because it was outside the return window. Now I have a frame and can’t do anything with it. $149.00 in the trash because Samsung doesn’t believe in customer service. Never buy anything directly from Samsung.
