Easy install. Poor execution. Not worth it.
Images are photoshopped. The bezel is not as tight as depicted. It comes in 4 plastic pieces with magnets. Very easy to install, but also very easy to tell that it is 4 pieces.

Broken and Damaged
Frame came was broken and in pieces. Called customer service and was told I was 4 days over the 15 days return window even during the holiday season. When purchasing a gift during the holiday season it should not be expected that the item will be opened and inspected in the normal time frame.

Worth the hype
This is our 2nd frame and we couldn't be more than happy with this purchase. When we get visitors they always have compliments on how esthetically pleasing it is and also the image quality. Some didn't even notice that this was actually a TV.

Cheap and bad quality
I wish I would've read the reviews on this before I bought it. It is overpriced and terrible quality. It arrived with two pieces broke in half since it is very thin and cheap plastic. Returning it has been an absolute nightmare. I've spent hours on the phone and have been passed around. Still trying to get a resolution. Avoid.

Unexpectedly complicated install; pretty
The enormous box that houses power and media plugs is a largely unspoken detail of The Frame. For the TV to achieve its aesthetic potential, we had to make an even bigger hole behind the TV to house it.

Bezel came cracked. Have to jump through hoops to return it and have to reorder it again. Do not buy from Samsung.
