Then, hell after that: 1) first, the TV turned on by itself, at maximum volume, 2am in the morning The crazy on/off on its own continued. I called Sam’s Ng service who walked me through several attempts to fix the problem: none worked. Then the technician decided to walk me thorough a factory reset 2) after a factory reset, TV will no longer pair with remote control I now have a 98” brick in my living room. And the service center is refusing to service it (in the country I moved to: Brazil) despite of Samsung claiming to have international warranty on premium TVs. Very disappointing. I’m ending my long honeymoon with Samsung.

Great TV, great picture, also easy to use.settings, etc. Paired it with a Samsung Q990 soundbar a couple of days ago. Wow. My daughter and her PS5 love it too. We both have 65" OLEDs C2s as well. She couldn't wait to bring her PS5 over fast enough. She was lovin it. 98"..............TV size does matter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Samsung TV I have owned several Samsung TVs over the years - each one gets better - this latest one (65" TU69OT Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV powered by Tizen) is the best yet. Purchased it on Apr 27 2024 and it has functioned/performed very well; I'm sure it will continue to do so for quite some time. Congratulations to Samsung for an outstanding product! (I just know what series it is - couldn't find it, so I just selected one at random from those indicated)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY. Delivered broken, bad support, delayed Summary: Delivered broken. 5 hours with customer support. Several delays on shipping. Stressful. No accountability from Samsung. Look at some of the other 1-star reviews and you will see this is an unfortunate trend. Long story: I purchased this TV as a Black Friday sale and was planning to have it up for a Christmas party. Issues I encountered: 1) It was delivered in ~two weeks, which is already slow 2) Samsung makes you work with a 3rd party logistics company, which is a hassle even if they performed adequately 3) The TV it was delivered BROKEN with long lines of broken pixels horizontally and vertically on the screen 4) Samsung and the 3rd Party Logistics company passed me back and forth regarding the resolution process. No single point of contact. They also make you wait on hold for long periods of time (30+ minutes) and subject you to senseless questions. They also do not offer compensation for inconvenience unless you ask. When I did request.. the amount they offered was nominal and eventually was rejected or not followed up on. Their customer support process seems to be to make the customer a project manager who must work with the various parties and help the support people problem solve on next steps. At one point, they instructed me to box up the broken TV to help with the pickup... that's like putting toothpaste back into a tube.. would have taken hours, so I refused. The first line customer support people are not able to help much, so I needed to escalate to their supervisors at both Samsung and the Logistics company. One of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. 5) The date to pickup the broken TV and drop off a new one was weeks out. Into the new year. When asked to escalate, the customer support's response was "we'll try, but there are no guarantees". so basically, I was moved to the back of the line. 6) Eventually, I was able to escalate and get a delivery timeslot that was before the holidays. However, when the time came - the logistics company only picked up the broken. they had no idea about dropping off a new one. this was despite multiple assurances from customer support from both samsung and the 3rd party logistics company. 7) Finally, I asked for a refund considering all that happened. They said they would put in for one, but they would first have to wait until they received the TV back from their logistics company... as if that was somehow my responsibility. they did eventually provide the refund, but it was hard for me to trust that it would come after all that had transpired. 8) I had to keep the broken TV in my living room as it is too large to move/store. Samsung didn't seems to care. 9) As mentioned, no compensation was giving for this terrible inconvenience and several hours on the phone with customer support. To be fair: The TV itself seems ok. I was able to use it with the broken screen. But I ended up going with the LG equivalent, which was delivered in a couple days, installed for free, and was $600 cheaper. The LG product is great, seems to run smoother, and have better features. Needless to say, we are no longer a Samsung household.

Picture quality is pretty good for size and price, and it fit perfectly in my very large living room. The only negative I will give it is the physical setup of the TV. The software setup was easy, and the stand goes on easily, but getting the TV out of the box is a whole other story. Getting the top half of the box off and all the foam was easy, but getting it out of the base foam there just seems to be no easy way. There needs to be some easy access hole that you can get your hands through to be able to get under the TV when picking it up and not potentially damage the screen. There is just no default way to get under it, so you find yourself ripping off foam to do so. Read some other reviews about the return process being a pain, so I did want to comment there. I have had to return the TV twice. First one had a large hole in the side of the box. There didn't appear to have any physical damage, but when we turned on the tv the side of the TV where the box hole was had a light of light blooming. Second TV packaging was perfect, but when we got it out of the box the screen must have been cracked on packaging or something because the whole side of the screen should damage when turned on. Both of the times I took pictures and use the Order Support chat feature, and both times within 10min a new TV was scheduled to be delivered in a week. All I had to do was send them pictures, which was done through the chat, of the issue I was having. Super easy. The delivery company was very communicative on both occasions. I had no issues with them either. I imagine a TV of this size is very prone to damage on shipping, so it didn't necessarily surprise me. However, as mentioned Samsung support was extremely easy to deal with to get another scheduled to be sent my way.

When I use the TV it's as if I'm joining the story's that I watch on thr screen as if I'm actually there turns into reality. I must admit this is just breathtaking and evreyone I know compliments it this TV has taught me so much we bonded with admiration.

THEY TOOK IT BACK BUT ONLY REFUNDED 2174.99. DEFECTIVE AND DISHONEST. I OPENED DISPUTE 14348137 AND THEY DENIED IT. I WILL BE TELLING THIS EXACT STORY WHEREVER SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE SOLD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge, greaqt picture I bought this 2 weeks ago, upgrading my 4 year old Samsung QLED 75" and am very happy with my purchase. I was hesitant moving to Crystal from QLED but got this set for $1899 (including 5% off using the store credit card). Its huge, the picture looks great. I viewed OLED demo on you tube and was impressed. Does it have the "inky" blacks of OLED or Mini-LED? Nope, but it looked nice enough and my bank account looks nice too with the money saved from purchasing a higher priced set. Most people will be very happy with the performance and I highly recommend this TV!

First the TV took almost a month to be delivered and when it finally came it was missing the remote, cable cord and the manual. I had to file a warranty claim and now I have to wait another 7-14 for the missing parts. I have 5 other samsung tv's in my house but this one is likely my last.
