Can't get rumble app anymore
I own 4 Samsung tvs because they have the rumble app.. I recently purchased an 85 in and I can't download the rumble app... I wanted to throw it out I was soo upset...

When I first bought it, I couldn't imagine how it would look when watching movies or playing COD in nice, sleeky crystal screen. It's so lightweight and very slim. Love it so much!

The 85” Crystal Samsung Tv is super. It had grt crystal pic qualities. No wonder why it is crystal UHD. I love it. The sound is unique as well. My only qualm is the overall weight which is 88lbs.I Hope the manufacturer decreases the weight in their next products for easy convenience.

Too few ports
I didn’t realize this unit only had 3 hdmi ports and no optical port for a soundbar. It falls short of our needs.

Very happy but with 3 enhancement/change requests
Very happy with my 85"! The only things I would want better are 1. Support NFL+ app for my subscription to preseason games, 2. A built in speed test under WiFi like my Fire TV had. Other than than, very pleased with the simple interface and OS performance, and 3. Just go ahead a lose Bixby. It is useless and now I can't figure out how to switch to Alexa even though Alexa support with listed as a feature.

Unbelievable value & picture quality!
My first Samsung TV was a 52" LN52B750 that I purchased almost 20 years ago. Up until the day it finally died this week it was an excellent TV that gave me thousands of hours of enjoyment. It was a little overwhelming buying a new TV but I knew that I wanted another Samsung. I have been blown away by the quality of my new Samsung TV and the picture quality is much better than other higher priced competitors when I viewed them in person at Best Buy. Everyone that has seen my TV has also been amazed at the quality of the picture, especially considering how large the display is. I can't recommend this TV highly enough and I'm excited to pair it with a Samsung sound bar in the future.

This is not good.
Received a broken tv. Customer service said they would resolve the issue by picking up the damaged tv and replace it. I still have the damaged tv because it has not been picked up for 5 weeks now. Tried to contact the delivery company and they do not respond. I no longer want the replacement tv, I just want the damaged tv out of my house and my account credited. My bad for ordering a tv instead of picking one up at my local store to possibly prevent the damage from transit. I don't necessarily think it is Samsung's fault but they did choose the delivery company and they are not responsive.

Unacceptable business process & customer care
I bought this TV brand new from BEST BUY and they forgot the power cord and remote. Best Buy says they would have to schedule a pick and return and redelivery of new TV (2-3 week process) and Samsung customer care quoted 7-14 business day for a power cord and remote.
My issues is two-fold - Best Buy nor Samsung have back up power cords at a store/distribution center/etc to easily provide? Secondly, having to wait anything beyond a day or so for this simple resolve is totally unacceptable. Both parties business process does not have the customer in mind! Totally unacceptable. Both Best Buy and Samsung have lost a customer (which I have been a customer for more than 10+ years).
Don’t buy product unless you have weeks to wait!!
