Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needs more features. I love the size I got, and the fact that it is an upgrade from my previous tv. However, my previous tv was much better. This tv only has two HDMI ports. And the old one had 4. They are only 5 years apart, and both Samsungs. My other one was 65” I think the same type. And this one is 82” which you can’t get?! Idk. Having to manually change HDMIs for my different consoles is a pain. The second thing I dislike is the remote control. It has like 50 different buttons. And my older one had like 9 buttons. Which I loved, since I didn’t have to look at my controller to make sure I don’t press the wrong thing. And even after having it a year, more or less, I still have to look at it, since learning the placements is not that easy as they are all basically the same size and so close to each other it is hard to identify them with out looking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy the cheaper brands Great TV until the moment it’s out of warranty. Several dark spots appeared practically overnight. $1,200.00 wasted. IMO. Buy the cheaper brands because Samsung will just recommend you replace the TV if anything is wrong with it.

We watch movies, TV shows, and listen to music or watch DIY videos from YouTube. We like that we were able to add other streaming apps to the APP list, without having to type them in all the time. And having the ability to use Bluetooth is amazing for my fiancé because she is hard of hearing and can connect her hearing aids to the TV.

Excellent viewing and gameplay. For those that don't pay for streaming they also offer Samsung TV which has a wide range of channels.

Overall it's a decent Television that I can connect my other devices to which is a plus. Using the SmartThings application along with the television makes it easier as a multifunctional tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed Bought a couple weeks ago and pretty disappointed with it. I have a Samsung soundbar that won’t stay connected via Bluetooth. Everytime I turn the tv off and back on I have to u plug the power of the soundbar to be able to get it to work again. I tried optic audio and you can’t even control the volume. The picture is also meh for the money.

The interface is a bit slow for me (I'm a Roku user anyhow). The input detection is a bit lacking. Brightness is good during the day, but dark scenes are lacking during the day.

My mom was impressed by the sound quality and AI upscale to 4k features. Video was showed in high resolution and fast response, no delay in speed. My guests was also impressed by the size and picture quality too. I will recommend this product to my friends.

We also use this TV to connect the Nintendo switch and have gaming nights. It's great to have thr spotify app for cleaning days. Being able to play music from the tv is very useful.

But this one, has an automatic menu that pops up with recently used apps, recently.viewed shows and even has everything I ever put on my list on ANY streaming app all in ONE PLACE. I was a little wary about buying a Samsung TV. I love their phones, but see horror stories on the tv's and other appliances. I must say, they won me over! I will now get a Samsung tv for the other rooms in my house!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BUYERS REMORSE Purchased the CU7000D 85" from SAMS Club on 7/2/23. Box was very heavy, but had two clips one each side that allow the TV to be removed easily. This unit was replacing a 65" Vizio which we enjoyed for the past 4 years. We connected the unit and we were prompted through several screens where it asked us to login or create an account. Since we had no account we clicked Create, after entering the information and lengthy wait, a message popped up stating that the Samsung server was under maintenance and to try later. Several attempt yielded the same results. I went to our computer and logged on and created an account. Back to the TV and we were able to login, we were able to access our satellite dish, but no other apps. Back to the computer where we had to log into the Samsung website where we went through a chat session which took quite some time, at this point we are well into two hours since we started setup. Finally the tech gets us running and we have TV. Picture makes you a bit queasy during fast moves. Backlight is set at 50 which is not the brightest. We could not get the unit to fit old movies and TV shows. I created a custom setting which worked but it is wonky switching back and forth. Controller seems a bit cheezy. I honestly like my old tv better and if it wasnt such a big deal to repack and load it up, I would return it. The setup was far more complicated than it needs to be.

The remote feels a little cheap compared to older model Samsung tv's I own. Overall the price point was good for this size tv.

The menu is easy to navigate and there are plenty of channels to choose from. I highly recommend Samsung. The quality is definitely there.

My TV is being used both for watching movies and for listening to music and it has been a great experience for me. The first thing I thought was that it might not have enough quality since it was a huge screen (85 inches) but after a few days, I concluded that it has been my best purchase ever. I consider it to be the best option from a personal perspective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV arrived broken, replacement process is horrible I purchased the TV on the Samsung shop app and I added the professional TV mounting. When it arrived and as soon as the technicians got it out of the box, I saw that it was broken! The screen is broken and big part of the glass is shattered as shown in the pictures! And it doesn't function at all. I was really disappointed but actually the wasn't the worst part, the worst part was about to start. The technicians told me to keep the TV and someone from Samsung will contact me to send me the replacement. A day has passed and no one contacted me! I called them myself 4 times (total of 1 hour&half on the phone), two of them they disconnected me. Horrible customer service! One of them blamed it on the delivery company which by the way it's an unknown 3rd party company. And another one said the replacement process could take a while. So now I am STILL WAITING, not knowing what's gonna happen and have a huge broken TV in my living room with a HUGE box that is blocking most of my living room and who knows how long it will be. This is literally the worst experience I've ever had. Never buying again from them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful picture, but needs to add Tablo app. Bought the 85" at Best Buy. Love it so far! The only reason for 1 star deduction is it doesn't have the Tablo app, so I still have to use my Roku. Add the Tablo app, and I'll upgrade to 5 stars!

Very disappointed, there is some white spots if the screen is black, remote control is from cheap components and tv doesn’t have nice finishing like my old tv. Very very disappointed. All my home devices are Samsung but I think they dropped in quality and I need to change the brand with future devices.

The high resolution paired with its high frame rate make watching movies and shows on it such a great experience. The TV comes with some great software features too! All of my favorite entertainment apps can be downloaded directly to the TV and on top of that, it integrates seamlessly into the samsung ecosystem!

The delivery was fine , the only issue is I realized later the package had a different name and address , making me question the product even though it was the same as my order. This is a good TV with most features , clear and pristine picture. Only issue is the sound ; my living room is not that big and yet the volume at 100 is not that great . An accompanying sound bar maybe helpful !.

The geek squad came to mount this monster to the wall and they also connected a sound bar with speakers for amazing sound. Samsung makes the best tv's in the market.
