I have always had a Samsung and never any problems. That is why I purchased a new Samsung. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Needs 2 parts rescheduled 6/23/25 comes with 1 part doesn’t work. Rescheduled 6/25/25 call in the morning don’t have the part .rescheduled 6/26/25 call me after insuring they had the part rescheduled 7/1/25 call me in the morning we don’t have your part . Now call me today to reschedule for tomorrow but gets mad when I ask are you sure the part is there.

Now looking at a new Samsumg Dishwasher. I love Samsumg products!

This is the perfect compromise between quality and price!!!

From lost remotes to Playstations, XBoxes, movies, Amazon Fire stick, or the smartest of TVs apps no matter what anyone wants it's all here on this TV. Just the TV alone without the game consoles and extras has everything a household full of kids could need! The picture quality is epic even with food and finger spots all over it. The TV is big enough for our great room and we can even watch from the kitchen while eating breakfast.... provided we can all agree on what to watch lol

I love how the TV automatically switches on and goes into game mode when any of our gaming consoles are turned on! Samsung TV Plus is a bonus! So many things to watch, so many movies! Also has music channels you can have while entertaining or cleaning. You can play music videos from any genre or even decade!

I have to change the channel and change back for a normal screen fit. I also notice glare from the side unlike my other samsung tv's.

My husband wanted to go up one size so we knew we were coming home with a Samsung, it was just a matter of which one. We had a different one in mind but decided to spend a little more for this one. We are senior citizens and we can’t afford the super dooper, all the bells & whistles one, but Samsung is quality, and we are super happy with our purchase.

The color and clarity of this Television far outdoes any and all expectations I previously had. I KNEW IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT I never expected it to be the mind blowing exceptional quality that it is! The ease of use and continuity from my Samsung cell phone, surround sound and other accessories is phenomenal. I can work, play music, watch a documentary and attend a virtual meeting all from my smart samsung television!! The layout of the menu is nice. Unfortunately, I can no longer stream from the TV to my Samsung refrigerator like I could with my older model TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice while it worked, however customer service NG Purchased in November 2024, Model DU8000 75" Television. About two weeks ago the far left side of the set went dark. AS it is still in warranty I called Samsung service got a ticket and waited several days. I was then informed that Samsung did not have service in my area, and eventually I was offered a full refund (set cost and tax). After being subjected to multiple calls and text messages, I was asked to provide proof of purchase, then I had to contact Amazon through whom I purchased the set via the Samsung Store, made to contact Amazon to set up a call between Amazon, Samsung and myself via a three way call, to further prove I had made the purchase. Then I was informed that I would need to wait 7 to 21 days for the refund and hold onto the set for some undisclosed period of time for them to provide a pickup. A point the I argued, as once I got my refund the set became Samsung's property and I did not want any liability. Now I am being told that I may not get the entire refund, and that the set needed to be returned to Samsung first, then a refund amount would be determined. Very sketchy .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crystal clear and crisp pictures from Samsung! Samsung TVs are definitely the way to go, we have one in every room. The resolution, refresh rate are absolutely on point! I'll be honest not only do I use there TVs in every room but I also use the Samsung odessy curve monitor for gaming with nivida g sync becomes totally immersive! Our 75” flatscreen sits in our living room and always makes for perfect movie night with the family and when ever friends come over! Trust when I say you wont regret buying Samsung products ever!
