Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV performance is fine. Other aspects are not I’m satisfied with the performance value for the dollar, however there are two main issues for me. 1. How do I change input sources? I have found 3 or 4 different methods including AI and all appear to be a workaround for something that should be obvious. 2. How do I download a new app and where would it appear if I could figure out how to do it? Again, I have tried several approaches suggested by AI (including resetting to factory default) and nothing has worked. If there are obvious solutions to these issues I would love to know. Perhaps I’m just not looking in the right places.

The sun glare from my window can be a bit of a problem at times so I wouldn't put it near a window without proper curtains to block the sun glare. It has a eco sensor when turned on it will auto adjust the brightness so it's not like looking at a flashlight in a dark room. The mounting brackets are very firm if it's in a room where people dance and the floor shakes it definitely won't tip over. It has 4 hdmi inputs and a USB input for external drives with pictures or music or videos. The speakers are on the back and are down firing so if it's sitting on a table the sound bounces off and fills the room. Loud volumes stay clear and crisp with just the right amount of bass.

I needed a new TV for my living room and my budget wasn't very big but I found this one and the price was good and resounable. The picture is great and crisp. It turns game mode on automatically when I turn one of my consoles on. The apps and streaming work pretty seamlessly. If I had one gripe it would be that the app store needs to be a little more expansion.

The issue with the TV is the Samsung software is slow. The settings menu opens slow. I also had the TV for 2 months and had to have the main board replaced. The settings and menus are straight forward and the online features are great. You can download your streaming apps.

Poor set up; few apps preloaded; closed captioning requires advance degree to get to work with local channels; remote is difficult to use. If it wasn’t such a hassle to box it up we would have sent it back.

Samsung will not replace my defective tv....It tipped the screen back using equal pressure on the bottom and top and it developed blue drip lines as if someone poured blue paint at the top of the case. Samsung they say it's physical damage... but you can not see any physical damage.... only their technician says it is physical damage. I am very disappointed in the quality of this TV.... and disappointed in Samsung.

I love the Samsung hub, the games , live tv, and endless amounts of downloadable apps and content. All I needed was to have WiFi service. Price was really affordable for its size and brand. The awesome colors and clean and clear picture is impeccable. I must say, I’d buy this product again if needed to. I highly recommend this product to my friends and family, who were also impressed by the size ,price, and quality of this product. Definitely worth the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful TV This is a beautiful tv with an AMAZING picture. The screen is bright (even with the anti-reflective coating) vivid, and has an amazing picture quality. Where i have some issues is that whether it's the processor or the ram, the smart functionality is slow (a lot) and sometimes even stutters a little in it's response to my inputs. Also I'm kinda annoyed that the smart remote this year is larger and takes batteries instead of being rechargeable. I understand it was probably a cost savings measure, I just don't like it. I really like the game mode. It's a great idea, it's implemented quite well. And the streaming games, although have occasional pretty bad latency (lag) issues, works great. Other then the issues I mentioned previously (which to be fair and completely honest are actually very minor) this is an exceptionally great tv for the price. This is an ABSOLUTELY amazing midrange tv. I just wish i could have afforded a neo-qled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tv review 65" Samsung So I have always bought Samsung products except for once I bought an LG of which I regretted due to the screen dieing exactly 1 year later my Current Samsung TV has lasted an excessive amount of time auto connects to mu consoles and other streaming devices if I so choose my phone with smart things app connects to my TV flawlessly and acts as a better remote of which I can access from anywhere this T.V. came with a family friendly price with a top quality product, This tv is great for gaming but none the less is not 8k or high refresh rate so keep in mind that aspect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung Crystal Series TV's FTW!! I've owned several of the Crystal series TV's, and am going now on my third one which will arrive to me next week. I love the picture quality of the Crystal series TV's, and also the price which is very affordable for me. Sure, I've considered QLED or OLED, but they are way out of my price range, and would they be that much different as far as picture quality? Perhaps. But what I do know is the Crystal series has a brilliant picture, and makes everything on screen seem REAL, like the viewer is a part of what they're watching. The colors are true to life, and just extraordinary to see. This series of TV is very budget-friendly, as well, and I highly recommend it to those who need to keep their purse strings tight. As long as Samsung continues making the Crystal TV's, I'll keep buying them. I've also purchased multiple Samsung soundbars, and own a Q600C, I think it's called. Samsung soundbars pair quite nicely to these TV's, too. Go ahead, and pull the trigger on this one; you will have no regrets I think.

Streaming apps work well and you can access them a lot quicker than on previous models I've owned. The wireless internet connection has gone out a couple of times. It indicates that is connected but will not operate any internet based apps even showing connected. I have had to delete the network from the TV and reinstall it every time to get it to function correctly. Hopefully, it continues to work ok. This very reason is why I replaced the other Samsung TV in our bedroom that we have had for over 5 years. The picture is still great but the wireless internet adapter has gone bad.

TV for less than I bought my 42 inch a few years back, I did not need a new TV I just really wanted a 65 inch TV, I've never owned one that big before. Honestly, I probably should have moved on to a different product even though all the tv's in my house are Samsung. I wanted to give Samsung another try. I'm not sure what's up with this tv. Everything is so big. I've tried to change the aspect ratio to 16:9 because I truly believed that was the problem. Imagine my surprise when I realized the tv was already on 16:9! This tv is a disappointment. I might keep it because my son wants to use it, but for the family room, it's a no for me, so I'm not sure yet. I wouldn't recommend this particular tv at all; do not buy.

The standout feature is undoubtedly the picture quality – the crystal-clear display produces incredibly crisp images that make everything from streaming shows to gaming look fantastic. Colors are vibrant and details are sharp, exactly what you'd expect from Samsung's display technology. The TV's lightweight design is another pleasant surprise. Moving and mounting it was refreshingly easy compared to other TVs in this size range, and it doesn't dominate the room with bulk. Audio quality exceeded my expectations too – the built-in speakers deliver clear, well-balanced sound that eliminates the immediate need for a soundbar. From a value perspective, this TV hits the sweet spot. You're getting premium picture quality and solid build quality without the premium price tag of Samsung's flagship models. However, the user interface needs work. The home screen feels cluttered with too many icons and promotional content, and Samsung doesn't provide enough customization options to clean it up. Navigation can feel overwhelming, especially for less tech-savvy users. My biggest practical complaint is the short power cord. For a TV this size, the cord length seems inadequate and limits placement options unless you're right next to an outlet. Upon purchasing this TV and getting it set up it was immediately evident that this product had a much better picture. The black was much deeper and the overall optics were deeper. More detailed. We hanes been very pleased with this product and have been replacing all our tv's with Samsung tv's. We have gone from a family we previously owned no Samsung tv's to currently owning 3.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Product from Samsung Samsung has always been my go to for electronics. The 8000 series did not disappoint. Picture quality is superb, sound is amazing and the new slim, sexy remote is easy to use. I enjoy all of the features, Samsung plus ?? and lots more. Overall, it's a well improved television. I would recommend it to anyone.

The sound is so great that I've decided against adding anything extra speakers because the sound is perfect in my space. The clarity is unreal and 4k looks like actual 4k. Movies are extra special on here. I love Samsung!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from How Would I Know? The TV doesn't work. I cannot get a picture. TV screen was cracked, Samsung says I need to pay to fix it but I should be able to see content on my TV; I'd just have to view around the cracks. Yet, there is no picture at all. Still, Samsung wants me to pay nearly $300 to get a new screen, and then have the 3rd party (who has an abysmal reputation) fix the problem with whatever was busted inside the TV, which would likely cost me at least another $250 or more. My TV only cost $534 with tax. So, I'm not doing any of that. Instead, I'm telling everyone to stay away from Samsung - after 20 years of buying their TVs, cell phones, ovens, etc. No more. I'm waiting for my Sony TV to be delivered now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s been a complete mess to get refund Damaged TV was delivered , Samsung customer service was not helpful at first trying to get refund for TV , It took 15 phones calls and 45 days later to samsung direct customer service to get refund and was still shorted 400 dollars and I am still in the process of getting that refunded. My advice is to take pictures of damaged TV because 3rd party delivery RXO does not return the TV to samsung warehouse in a timely matter. Every advisor you talk to gives your different message and do not communicate with each other. I have been a long time Samsung customer and have never had to deal with this kind of experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this product is difficult to use this tv is used for normal tv viewing this tv is extremely difficult to use .there are no easily handy instructions,. the user interface is difficult to use. i cannot use the tv features because there are no easy to access instructions . no easy access to how to use tv features

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great picture The only downside side is the speaker. Some shows are very loud and you can barely hear hear others. We plan on purchasing a 3 channel sound system to improve the sound quality.
